We were a group of 19+1 and booked 4 Executive Suit ,1 Standard room, 4 Vilas for 29 Aug 2024 to 30 thAug,checkout 31. We were not provided executive suits saying that rooms are in renovation..!😏   And they provided us standard rooms( lower category) after taking price of executive suits.Dont you think this is ridiculous ? Then you should have informed us that executive rooms are under renovation,than we would have differed to other hotel.  After coming to hotel you are saying we will not provide you your booked rooms, is a breach of trust and cheating. This is to bring to notice to management of the hotel,the owner,and others. I will not recommend this Hotel to any of our group. Its our right to have the refund of price difference. Hotel location is exceptional, staff very friendly , room in the hotel bldg are new and good , food could have been better in buffet as the in-room dining is much better than half board Overall a great experience must visit gebele and this hotel

A very nice hotel in Gabala (Qabala) consisting rooms in a bulding and villas having 1/2 bedroom villas. We stayed in the room facing a view of mountains and overlooking villas. Rooms were spacious and can easily accomodate 3 persons family.

we got upgraded for free and the overall experience was very comfortable! the only issue is slight maintenance issue, especially the restaurant needs revamp as there are some broken tiles and other issues. Overall a place in heaven with unbelievable views and incredible beauty!

One of the finest hotels in Gabala. We had a wonderful stay here and most of the staff are nice and courteous. Mr. Emil took great care of us and overall the team did a fantastic job to make our stay memorable. Some areas of improvement - 1) The pool area wasnt the best and requires a better filtration system to keep the water clean, 2) The breakfast was very average with no fresh juices available. All juices were canned / packaged. No toaster as well. very few vegetarian options. An Indian Chef would be very convenient for both the hotel as well as the guests. Overall a great stay and def visit soon.

Beautiful property, period. 1 1/2 hour check in time at 6.30 pm. Villas are far flung and we were told we had to go by buggy. An old car turned up and 5 of us were stuffed into it and the luggage followed in a beat up truck. If you are in a villa, you are at their mercy. You can call and call and no one turns up. One particular guy at the reception was rude when asked why our waiting time was so long. 10 mins later when reminded about our transfer to the villa, he says I never spoke to you. Lied thru his teeth. It’s a 5 hr drive from Baku when you land at your hotel all you want is comfort, all we got was delayed & rude behaviour. Checkin date 18/5/2024. A lesson in hospitality is the need of the hour with an up grade in the transfer vehicles.

Very Pretty Hotel. Stayed in a villa, little away from the main building but has its own kitchenette, outdoor patio, living room etc. strong Recommendation to book this. Costed around 12K. Picturestique outdoors. Heated swimming pool is a great add on. One can also try Turkish Hamam in the hotel. Breakfast: Limited Veg Options but very elaborate Spread consisting of various continental, Turkish and Azerbaijani Delicacies. Though read some reviews about theft, but fortunately did not observe anything like that. One problem observed in the hotel was that all other resteraunts/ Disco were not operational. Probably they operate in winter months. All in all, Recommended for stay if in Gabala.

The property location is good..rooms,food and service were good... we took villa..for 2 nights .. Mr.Kamzan was kind and friendly.. Our room got accessed for cleaning without being asked for and we were not informed about it too....so we didn't lock our suitcases and kept my watch in the toilet which went missing...I realised that a day later only...while checking out in the reception we were told that 2 chewing gums had been taken by us from refrigerator...which we didn't and v didnt even c that too...it was only 4 mannat...no issues in paying...but how it went missing...the reception staff doesn't seem to bother how neither my watch nor that chewing gum went missing....didnt apologize or took responsibility for it....if a third person enters our room without our permission..that itself is a violation of our privacy and rules....for which the property should take responsibility..as we were checking out..we also didn't have time to argue.. Also reception no. which they said wud be available 24 hrs ..was not reachable at night even after multiple tries..but was able to reach their room service...as our kettle was not working...and they gave another one.. If there is no guarantee for the belongings that we are leaving in the room..don't know how to rate it...though it was really a beautiful and well maintained property..so plz clean the rooms only when asked for or check with the guests.. Also would appreciate if reception staff are bit more friendly... though they had game room ... they could have also had some activities ..in the resort

Wonderful hotel in a very picturesque location in Gabala. Spacious rooms. Huge swimming pool. Both indoor and outdoor pools available. Huge dining facility. Decently priced menu. Very friendly staff. House keeping can be improved though. Wonderful hotel.

Stayed for two days in this amazingly beautiful and spectacular property. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and prompt (Yashar), rooms are clean and spacious with views opening to beautiful mountains and river. Amazing hospitality and great food. Highly recommended

The Resort were arranged well, organised with educated stuff especially MR: Emil murshedzada he was assisting me in a lot of things such area to visit, hotel to stay with 5* and more, restaurant more than excepting with a lot of variety every nights. تم ترتيب المنتجع جيدًا ، وتنظيمه مع أشياء مثقفة خاصة السيد: إميل مرشد زاده كان يساعدني في الكثير من الأشياء مثل هذه المنطقة التي يجب زيارتها ، والفندق للإقامة مع 5 * وأكثر ، والمطعم أكثر من الاستثناء مع الكثير من التنوع كل ليلة

The facility was good, staff were nice, and the room was amazing. Restaurant had variety of choices The area is clean Lots of close by area for different activities Children play ground available I would like to visit during winter and experience skiing

Qafqaz Riverside Resort Hotel Hotel plus points. Good location Polite & courteous staff Good room with very nice balcony River view room offered very nice view Nice breakfast spread, though being vegetarian we had little problem. Staff was nice to help us with some potato dishes. Coffee shop was good The menu did not have sufficient choice for vegetarians (eggless) & vegans. Margreta pizza was an emergency saving. Menu can be improved. No significant negative point. Overall it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. We came back with good memories
