Vị trí ổn. Khách sạn không phải là khách sạn gần nhất với các tiện nghi của nhà ga. Bữa sáng có nhiều sự lựa chọn nhưng chất lượng rất trung bình. Các nhân viên rất hữu ích (n*** cả khi không có tiếng Anh)

the hotel service is super bad check in wasted many time we inform the person say we already make full payment keep asking us pay 1 more time . i dont want waste my time i make payment when i check in after i check out i received email for refund. the is cannot accept so bad system cant check payment record also wasted time to explain .if not pay why i received email for refund payment .

I can only warmly recommend the hotel. The ski slope starts in front of the door. The ski tickets and your equipment can be taken over at the hotel. The service was nice, friendly and professional. I especially want to thank Yue Yuan, who was always helpful to us. She speaks very good English and made our stay particularly pleasant!! Thank you so much!

Expensive for beginner skiing.

So if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick. Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner) The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that. In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that. The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too. The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot. There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road. I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk. And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much. I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

This location is fantastic. There is a lift right outside the hotel and the runs on this side are far better and less busy than the other 'main' side. It also has its own bunny hill for beginners. Huge breakfast options and we were surprised to find that rentals and lift pass were included in the room cost for the duration of our stay!

Positives: - the price for the hotel included equipment rental, ski passes, entry to the water park and hot springs - shower is hot and has a good pressure - the room is warm - the hotel is right by one side of the mountain next to the lift - provides free airport shuttle and shuttle buses between spots around the mountain Negatives: - the cleaning is not good - lighting in the room is just terrible - lack of information about what’s included/rules/service policies and etc.

The Hotel is very dirty. They did. They did not clean our room throughly.

I arrived at the songhuajiang station at 6:30. Hotel check in started from 8 am but they let us start our breakfast before check in. A kind lady who can speak Korean helped us kindly and gave all the info we needed It was an impressing service. Thanks to her and other kind workers there we could make it hiking changbai mountain and watching a calm pond at the top. The hotel supplies shuttle bus to the entrance of mountain which was also good. The hot spring in the resort was a bit crowded but worth visiting with the coupon the hotel supplies.

Staff was very helpful and the location was good, however that's where the positive things end. Upon arrival there was no one to guide us to the airport shuttle, you've arrived and goodluck... After that you're taken to a center to get a covid test, we didn't get any notice before this from the hotel or any updates. The driver of the shuttle holds up his phone, says it will be 20 yuan and I'll see you in a bit... The walls are paper thin, windows freeze up on the inside and door is open below. If you're a light sleeper, prepare some earbuds. Dinner in the hotel you can forget, out of the 5 things we ordered nothing was available. Overall good place to just get the ski passes etc. But had a horrible few nights of sleep😔

Very nice price performance ratio

✅The location is good, near the west slope. ✅Free shuttle bus from and to the airport only 30 minutes drive. ✅The area is nice, they have cable car 🚡 bikes 🚲 and pools 🏊‍♀️ that are include in your booking, you’ll have to go to the service area with passport or ID to make use of those benefits. ✅ The breakfast was good, 90% Chinese style. ❇️If you want to eat in the area, look for the places on 大众点评 app and if you can speak Chinese, you can call and they’ll pick- drop you off for free (the area is big it might be raining) except for fast food restaurants ** ⛔️The bathroom was very small and the floor is some sort of plastic material. It won’t make you feel too comfortable. ⛔️ The a/c central system is not convenient, I felt hot but I could open the window and cool off a bit. ❗️The hotel is a bit old, for the price, but is because of the area. 💠In overall good!

設施：這個酒店設施都非常好，沒有什麼缺乏的，大堂待着也很舒服，早餐的水準不錯。洗衣房設施齊全，洗衣液/消毒水都有，設備也不錯。這家酒店最好的是服務質量了。 早上用餐期間，服務生：邱雲鵬、石力文、張慶梅、張曉艷四位服務很好，夾菜期間會指引你，點了一份餛燉，給的醬料真的很好吃。而且黃油烤麪包片真的很好，我用那個烤機烤了下可頌口感會更好，用餐完後知道我們是要去長白山的遊客，給我們還專門打了份咖啡。 度假村的設施非常齊全，入住酒店會送一些設施的門票，水上樂園和温泉都不錯。玩完到晚上21後後訂的餐送到酒店正愁在哪用餐，服務生：葛平洋和趙龍秀指引我們到大堂後方的休閑吧用餐，並見我們沒有紙的情況下給我們拿來了餐巾紙，真的這家酒店服務都很好，衞生、設施都很好（白天感覺這家酒店太好了遂改簽車票續住一晚hhh）還會再來的！
