The beds were stained. Was locked out of room due to broken handle switched rooms with another broken door.

I checked in and found dirty footprints in the bathtub. The room smelled terrible and it just didnt look clean. I immediately checked out and went elsewhere.

We were not happy with our stay at this Comfort Suites. We arrived with our kids on spring break and the pool was closed. Not cool. Then we get to our room and the WiFi will not work - it’ll connect for maybe 30 seconds and disconnect. Over and over and over. Then we decide to just watch tv and chill - and there was a bug crawling on one of the pillows that we had to kill. Imagine traveling with 5 kids like that…not a good time. Also kind of a creepy location being so close to the weird shell gas station. We usually stay at Comfort Suites in Tuscaloosa and have never had any of these issues.

The overall hotel experience/cleanliness was great. Wi-Fi was sketchy we never was able to connect to the wifi

Many sub-par conditions here. Wi-Fi only worked part of the time lost all the tv channels about 10 pm.

It was an okay stay. The bathtub was chipped and rusty. The handle for the shower fell off when we turned on the water. Overall our stay wasnt horrible. I just couldnt give it a 10 rating.

We loved this hotel!! Indoor pool and room had 2 beds and a sleeper sofa!! Super comfy. Breakfast was awesome! Biscuits and gravy sausage waffles bagels toast muffins grits oatmeal cereal yogurt and fruit. Something for everyone!

It was a convenient location from the interstate. It was clean and in very good condition.

The first room I was put in the connecting room door the handle was broken and hanging off. The room door didn't close all the way unless you pushed it hard.
