Loganberry Inn

The Loganberry Inn was pure magic from the moment I arrived. As I pulled up to the charming property, all my senses were immediately delighted—there’s something so enchanting about this place that it stops you in your tracks. I’ve stayed in historic homes before, and typically come with a mental checklist of expectations. But what the owners have done here goes far beyond anything I could have imagined. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated—from the moment you arrive, with clear and welcoming instructions on how to enter the property, to what to expect during your stay, and the abundance of amenities provided. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority, and nothing is overlooked. Now, I’ll admit it—I can be a tough nut to crack when it comes to expectations. I tend to hold myself to a high standard, and I subconsciously hold others to that same bar. But Nanette and her family exceeded those expectations in every possible way. Their passion for hospitality shines through in everything they do. The property itself is historic, full of character and uniqueness that can’t be replicated. The rooms are not only beautifully appointed for comfort, but also steeped in rich history. I stayed in the Westminster Room (formerly the Thatcher Room—yes, the very room where Margaret Thatcher stayed), and it was a perfect blend of classic charm and modern convenience. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and included thoughtful touches like high-quality toiletries and even those little essentials you might have forgotten to pack. Every detail had been anticipated. And then there’s breakfast—oh, where to begin? Nanette is a culinary gem. Each morning’s meal was a gourmet experience. Fresh fruit (don’t skip the grapefruit if it’s on the menu—it’s incredible), fluffy scrambled eggs, perfectly prepared meats, and a rotating selection of delights like French toast, filled crepes, muffins, or warm biscuits. Everything was made from scratch and served with care. I still can’t believe I didn’t gain weight—my plate was spotless by the end of every meal! This stay was more than just a getaway—it was an experience, one that I’ll carry with me. I will absolutely be back and truly cannot wait.

Nanette was the absolute best host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I also greatly appreciate the consideration for dietary needs. Such a beautiful Inn and fantastic hospitality!

Each room feels very cozy and well cared for. We enjoyed our home-made breakfast too!

Check in was great. The room was quiet and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. If I’m in the area I will definitely be back.

Our family of 6 had the most spectacular stay at Loganberry Inn. We rented 3 bedrooms and each of them was clean, comfortable and well decorated. There was even a common space for us to gather and play board games. From the cozy ambiance to the wonderful hospitality, we were just so thrilled with our experience. We will be back again!
