I travelled with my friend and stayed 4 nights in this hotel. It was really lovely - it's modern, clean, stylish and the best thing (As with other reviews) is the buffet! I usually don't care about this amenity but having day to night free food when you just want a quick coffee or pick-me-up is perfect! 100% recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers amenities for kids which is great. The rooms are spacious and perfect for family travellers. There are many photo worthy spots in the hotel and all day dining for staying guests. We will definitely stay again at this hotel during our next visit to Fukuoka.

The room environment is excellent. Very try spacious and suitable for babies.

Great location being near Nakasu and Canal city. Means Tenjin is only a 20 minutes walk away and Hakata Station 20 minutes away in the other direction. Rooms are super clean and tidy and space is larger than some other places I've stayed at in Fukouka. Didn't make use of the full boarding but the selection looked good for a quick bite or to have a coffee to takeaway.

The room was clean, and the bath was amazing. The breakfast at the lounge was delicious.

Staff are nice, helpful and good in Eng. Provide breakfast, lunch and dinner although we usually eat outside. Called the staff for plates and forks for our fruits and they sent it very quickly👍thank you. Room is big. It would be perfect if having washing machine, and if the toilet and shower area are separated 🤭 but anyway, it is comfortable to stay 4nights there.

Exterior designing of the hotel is like Cordoba, Spain. I enjoy taking photos esp. In front of the building and the corridor. In the room, bathtub is big, clean and new. No shower cap in the amenities. BF is not fancy but tasted good. Nearest subway or train st.is around 10 min walk . if you have no rush, it'll be fine.

The hotel just reopened, the room features, equipment, huge bath tub, comfort etc are way exceeding expectations! Service is excellent. Free buffet breakfast & dinner were priced. For dinner, there were a free flow of wine beer were provided. Although not a lot of meat items, they were easily overlooked with a good range of delicately made desserts. I am not a dessert person but I found myself having everything, they were beautiful and tasted so good. At this promotion price paid, this is super good value for money. Hotel location is super convenient.

good location near the bustling downtown, clean structure, designed by architecture legend Aldo Rossi. there is an all-day buffet with free access for guests. the night market with all the food stands is litereally just opposite on the other side of the canal.

Great rooms, really spacious and clean, great buffet breakfast with Asian and continental options.
