Sống bên hồ Kawaguchi xinh đẹp và ngâm mình trong suối nước nóng núi Phú Sĩ đích thực. Cạnh khách sạn là cáp treo lên núi, có thể nói bạn có tầm nhìn không bị cản trở ra núi Phú Sĩ.

Nó thực sự là rác rưởi. Cơ sở vật chất đã cũ và thái độ phục vụ tại quầy lễ tân cực kỳ kém. Hai người Philippines, tiếng Anh của họ siêu kỳ lạ, giọng điệu không thể hiểu được, thậm chí cả người phiên dịch cũng không hiểu được, khi được yêu cầu viết thì họ lại không viết. Khi được yêu cầu nói tiếng Nhật, người phiên dịch cũng không thể. cũng hiểu họ, và họ không thể giao tiếp chút nào. N*** cả khi tôi yêu cầu anh ấy gọi taxi, tôi cũng không thể cất hành lý sau khi trả phòng, điều này thực sự chưa từng thấy ở rất nhiều nơi trên thế giới, tôi thậm chí không thể nghỉ ngơi ở sảnh sau 11 giờ. Tôi phải giục người dọn dẹp chỗ này, đây là quy định kỳ lạ, Dui, bệnh tình của thiếu gia gần như không thể sống sót. Nếu bạn không thể đặt chỗ ở đây, đừng đặt chỗ ở đây

Khách sạn cách bến xe Kawaguchiko không xa, nằm trên sườn đồi cạnh hồ Kawaguchi, đối diện với hồ Kawaguchi. Núi Phú Sĩ nằm ở phía sau ngọn núi. Khách sạn có suối nước nóng miễn phí. Bữa sáng khá ngon. Chỉ có hai điều khiến tôi hơi thất vọng trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. 1. Địa chỉ thẻ chỉ đường trên website của Ctrip bị sai, rất có hại. 2. Khách sạn không thể giữ hành lý sau khi trả phòng. Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi gặp phải nó.

Khách sạn tiết kiệm chi phí nhất trong suốt chuyến đi. Giá phòng gần 1.800 nhân dân tệ một đêm, không hề rẻ. Toàn bộ cơ sở vật chất của khách sạn đã lỗi thời và có cảm giác như một nhà khách trong nước. Trên Ctrip không hiển thị "dịch vụ đón trả khách" nhưng trên Yahoo Japan có ghi rõ "đưa đón miễn phí". Chúng ta có cần phân biệt giữa các quốc gia về dịch vụ chúng ta cung cấp không?

Place is close to ropeway bus stop. however, it can be a challange to carry your luggage up the hill slope which is share with cars and visitors to the ropeway. smoking room doesnt smell smoky as they provide purifier.. but the hallway lead to the room are very smoky in smell. just has to bare with it. once enter, required to change show for their slippers, proceed to check in, there are foreign staffs that can speak some english to help with check in if you check in between 3 to 5pm, there are free flow of snacks (popcorns, meatbun, mugi cha) and alcohols ( lemon sour and asahi beer) once check in u can go for onsen to relax. not mandate to wear yukata. but feel free to do so for the immersion. the room is dated, like stuck in the 90s or early 2000s. toilet is seperate from bath.. frankly speaking its better to bath at the onsen if you dont mind ***** infront of strangers n stared by japanese guests to see if u make any mistake ( they want you to be clean in every nook and cany) as they are in the onsen has sauna but quite small. hover 82 degree c has old school water spray jet which u need to control manually on all 3 sides.. good luck to do it fast during cold days. basic amendities at the onsen area.. just hair dryer, fan and thats all bed n pillow quite soft... pillow are small but u can get more from reception. great view of the lake from hotel room and dining area. breakfast is ok. everyday similar menu.. buffet style breakfast.. fish, asa curry, breads, minced marinated sashimi don, corn soup and miso soups. free flow coffee, soft drinks and limited selection of fruits. dinner is ok, buffet style but 90 min.. need to info counter what is your prefered time slot. i recommend choose dinner... cuase it is quite a distance to the bus station for food.. and the queue are horrendous but the food are nice there tho, u can even admire mt fuji. heard the dinner theme is based on months or seasons.

Terrible terrible place. No jap hospitality, the place looks really dated and unclean The staff hardly looked Japanese and yet can’t speak English. There’s a reallllly steep unpaved slope / road that you have to use to get to the hotel. Come only if you are on a budget and not carrying any luggage. The view of the lake is awesome though, but it still does not make up for the hotel

We need to take Red (R) line bus from fujikawaguichiko station and stop in front of the hotel, but the catch is if you have luggages on tow, expect to drag the uphill short road to the hotel since it's situated just beside the Ropeway station. Although the front desk (non local) seems rather nice, but not not warmth either. I think there's many restrictions (No's), and he is trying to explained diligently.. well I guess the hotel rules and policy is the strange compared to many hotels I stayed in within Asia/world. although it gets compensated with some good view of lake kawaguichiko. The breakfast selection is not many, but it's get stranger to wear gloves to take foods each time, although some tends to forget while getting his/her second's take.. it isn't covid era, and certainly many ways to cope cleanliness handling SOP..
