The gated Edgewater development has its own private boat dock a half mile from the Lodge, in the Edgewater Marina slips that only Edgewater owners can use, and is yours to enjoy during your stay. Our cabin is beautiful new construction completed in 2023. This 4800 square foot cabin boasts 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms & a loft. Perfectly situated near the Island Park Reservoir, you can't help but enjoy these water & mountain views! The master bedroom has a Cal-King, TV, ceiling fan & private bathroom with a shower. There are two additional bedrooms on level 2 each with queen-size beds. On level 1 you will find one bedroom has a King bed, one bedroom has 2 twin bunk and the 3rd bedroom has a queen. Additional sleeping in the loft. A washer/dryer is available if needed (but who wants to do laundry on vacation!)The kitchen, located on level 2 is equipped with spices, utensils, appliances; including dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, crockpots & all your cooking needs. We have nearly 5 acres so plenty of room to explore without being right next to other homes. We have plenty of parking and 1 garage space for your use. If you see that other nearby cabins my have a lower cleaning fee keep in mind when you book with us you dont clean, just lock the door on your way out and savor every minute of the memories, fun & relaxation you enjoyed during your vacation.
