Stayed here 2 nights and then 1 further night. I was bitterly disappointed with the experience. The service was abysmal - staff unfriendly and don't smile at all. Most of the time it appears to be an inconvenience when they have to serve you. They never have any change no matter what you pay for. We had to pay for our pre booked room on arrival but were told we would be given our change on Check out- we had to ask for our change and then they still tried to get out of giving it. The second time that we stayed we had a very early check out and they were unable to offer a breakfast box even though we had pain $196 for a 9 hour stay. The bathrooms are dirty and in desperate need of refurbishment. The grounds and pool area are long over due for attention. When ever we ordered dinner we had to have a second choice ready as first choice was never available. Staff expect a tip for EVERYTHING. It is a 10 minute walk to Aberdeen beach which is ok for an afternoon stroll.

A few days ago our Company was invited to attend the African Development Conference co-Hosted by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture with other Development agencies. This hotel is HUGE and from within their gigantic Conference centre where we pent most our Time, you can see the Sea from your toilet windows and better views from within the Halls.
