Great place to travel with friends or family. Close to a lot of restaurants and fun activities.

Best location, service and accommodation. Facility is well maintained, managed and safe. Room (honeymoon suite) extremely luxurious and large with beautiful view! Easy walk to restaurants if not eating in. French chateau experience in a town like no other.Aspirational, accessible, unique! Rene, Rudwall, Chrizel and Jacques, thank you once again.

Firstly, our room we booked was changed twice, yes we got a free upgrade and wine for the inconvenience but it didn't really make a difference. While watching TV our show cut off due to funds not being paid for the account, had to call maintenance in to replace a decoder which took over an hour. The food we ordered from the menu was not what we received. "Chicken schnitzel with chips and veg" but received chicken schnitzel with with chips and a salad? My husband ordered a burger for dinner, the next day he wanted the same thing because it tasted so good, however, when he got his burger a completely different sauce was used. Room service came in at 1pm and didnt replace our sugar, they cleaned for about 10mins and were done? The towels we used were still there and not replaced. Last time we were there they had a full hot buffet for breakfast, this time we went they only had cereals and fruit, and we had to order the hot food from a waitress? We honestly feel that the stay is not worth the money. Super disappointed

Amazing stay. The staff were extremely helpful and the little extras like being shuttled to and from breakfast was unexpected and appreciated. Accommodation was clean and comfortable.Food and views were awesome. Will definitely go back. So peaceful and quiet.

First room showed was up 2 flights of steep outside staircase, had no working aircon and had strange smell. The next room was very large, very dated and needed significantly updating. Never saw housekeeping over a 2 night stay. would not go back
