Pineapple Paradise SGI has now been fully renovated and has all new furniture (including 2 King size beds), pool with a pineapple waterfall, and a beautiful backyard to relax in. We are a centrally-located home that is steps from the beach and all the restaurants and entertainment. The house is made of 12 inch thick concrete and is extremely quiet. With no neighbors right next door on either side, the house is extremely private. Easy and very close walk to the lighthouse, Bayside Coffee, Weber's Donuts, Blue Parrot, BJ's Pizza, and most importantly the beach! There are beach and bay views from the house and you can enjoy the lighthouse view from the front deck while you relax and sip on a cocktail.
