The local area offers plenty of activities, including hiking, biking, or visiting nearby attractions such as Apalachicola or St George Island.We designed our home from the blueprints to the décor to be the dream vacation getaway. Maximizing our coastal views was our number one priority. With the help of our architect, we designed the dual porches facing the coast to provide 800 square feet of outdoor living space. The downstairs porch has seating for large groups to socialize and dine together, while the upstairs porch focuses on quiet spots, such as the bed-swing, to soak in the sunrise with a cup of coffee from the upstairs morning kitchen. The home is stocked with games, pool noodles, and beach chairs to reduce guests packing list and keep the kids entertained throughout your stay. The gated resort-style pool is a quick 3-minute walk from our home. The clubhouse is open to all guests, including changing rooms, showers, restrooms, and patio seating. The pet fee covers a deep cleaning required after any pets to ensure maximum cleanliness for the next guest. Please respect local leash laws, but feel free to bring your furry friend to the pet friendly beach. A maximum of two dogs allowed.The main house features four bedrooms, each one with a queen-sized bed. There are also two pull-out sleeper sofas in the upstairs den, which sleep an additional four guests. A total of 12 guests in the main house. This property also features a carriage house with game room and additional livingroom. The carriage house includes a ping pong table and other games for guests to enjoy! This oversized, 4000 sq. foot multifamily building is split into three totally separate townhomes. Each of which lives as a separate house-- very quiet, private and the best part of all is that you have THREE MILES OF PRIVATE BEACHFRONT -- many days, it’s all completely to yourself-- 50 steps from your front porch. As we all know, this just does not exist in many places anymore. And I don't just mean blah, blah, beachfront, I mean a beautiful beachfront that's an adult’s, as well as a kid’s paradise. Kids and dogs run free, all of which can be watched over from the large, private front porch, holding a drink in hand and nap ‘round the corner. Just look at my pictures. I have grandchildren and there is no, I repeat no place, they would rather be than at the beach house at St. Teresa. We go as often as we can- which is why anytime it's not rented, we’re there. Upon arriving you will be greeted by a cozy covered porch perfect for relaxing. Upon entering the home you will find a bright and beautiful great room with a large sectional sofa, chairs and a large screen television. There is a large dining area and well equipped kitchen that leads to a screened back porch for your outdoor meals, a spacious back yard, gas grill, outdoor shower, and ample parking for all your toys and vehicles. The beautiful and serene master bedroom boasts a king size bed, television, and a beautiful on-suite which features double sinks, a large soaking tub, a beautiful walk-in shower, a water closet, and a large walk-in closet to accommodate your belongings.
