Check in and out was smooth. Home and property was beautiful and well maintained. My boys enjoyed using the kayak and fishing in the lake. Communication with host was extremely easy. Very enjoyable stay!

A little piece of paradise! Easy check in, spacious and serene. Easy drive to All Star Village and a nice, quiet escape from the ball diamond. Players loved taking a break from the bunks to enjoy time on the water. It has everything you need - and ideal for families willing to stay together. Would definitely return for a non-baseball vacation!

Blissful vacation Property is absolutely gorgeous! Close to All Star Village and plenty of room for your group. Lots of things to do when you’re in between games. Everyone enjoyed the lake - fishing, swimming and canoeing. And saw tons of wildlife, including deer, squirrels and even bear!

Lake Serenity indeed! Beautiful and tranquil, this property is amazing. Plenty of room to relax and lovely lake to enjoy - swimming, fishing or just admiring.

So much space! We loved this house. 2 living spaces perfect for a large family or 2 families each wanting their own wing. So peaceful sitting by the lake. About 20-25 minutes to baseball fields.

Memorial Day weekend This my family’s second Memorial Day weekend in this house. We gather to play games and spend quality time together and this house is perfect for that. The weather was rainy so we couldn’t enjoy water activities on the pond but we still had a wonderful long weekend. We also love the proximity to Delhi and Cooperstown.

Beyond words thankful! We cannot thank Bill enough for his beautiful house. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the dock, listening to the peaceful breeze on the lake and having a vacation for our girls while they cheered their brother on at Cooperstown!
