A beautiful hotel from the outside. Service is so so. Once a prestigeous hotel but I am afraid it is getting old.

All previous requirements made before arrival were met. The old gentleman working at the bar seems to have issues with women being alone at the bar.

The location of this hotel is excellent—it is just a few minutes' walk to the city center. I also love the room; it is clean and comfortable. I also love their breakfast.

Rude door man didn't even help me with my heavy luggage over priced room , very old lift that takes too long to reach not much food options and its funny when they ask for 10euro charge for room service . Over all few steps out side you will find construction which is so noisy and lots of homeless people sleeping on the streets not the safest location

酒店很舊，但該有的設施都有，位置非常好，在市中心。酒店電梯很有趣，很古法！ 床有點小，但還算乾淨 服務基本沒有，打掃衞生太積極，我還在房間，服務生就自己開門進來了，這點有點無語！

Atendimento excelente de Sr AZIZI no check in , hotel maravilhoso, banheiros com TV na banheira e banhos cromoterapicos no chuveiro , o quarto é um verdadeiro SPA com amenities ACQUA DI PARMA !!! Tudo perfeito !!!

非常漂亮的老建築，外面看上去好有腔調！裏面佈置也很有格調，每層樓面樓梯拐角牆面都掛着波斯地毯（掛毯）。房間設施完善舒適，早餐豐富可口！

古典優雅的酒店，服務也不錯。我們坐長途飛機有時差，到酒店是上午10點多，正常入住是下午3點，給前台留下電話，去旁邊吃了點東西就接到電話，説有房間了，開心。
