The location of this hotel is excellent—it is just a few minutes' walk to the city center. I also love the room; it is clean and comfortable. I also love their breakfast.

Rude door man didn't even help me with my heavy luggage over priced room , very old lift that takes too long to reach not much food options and its funny when they ask for 10euro charge for room service . Over all few steps out side you will find construction which is so noisy and lots of homeless people sleeping on the streets not the safest location

地理位置非常好，就在歌德故居旁邊，步行可以走到羅馬廣場和鐵橋，離中央車站也很近，房間裏有燒水壺很方便，早餐也不錯。

A luxurious hotel in a winning location. The service was outstanding. Comfortable rooms. A delicious and varied breakfast. We really enjoyed our vacation and would love to come back.

We only stayed one night but the service was fantastic, our room what comfortable and the breakfast was also great.

Classic European style. Clean,spacious and comfortable. Nice sitting areas if you wanted to have a meeting or drink.

This place really do take its five star seriously. The service is top notch and you feel important as a guest. Spacious rooms and bathrooms walk in closet as well so its really great. We had a room facing the front so had morninf coffee in the window was a bonus. Breakfast was great and offered champagne and mimosas!

We can not say enough about our stay, even though we were only there 1 night the staff went above and beyond and made our stay extra special

Great hotel, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Spacious rooms with a luxury touch. The valet was a bit expensive and mandatory since the parking is not onsite.
