Overall is good. The staff is friendly and polite. breakfast is nice. Hotel is near to train station but we will abit worry when walk from train station to hotel as there are alot of homeless people surrounding. Our room bedframe abit squeaky.

Staffs are friendly and hotel is clean. If you are coming from the Frankfurt Hbf, look out for the McD and exit through that side, will get you closer to the hotel, around 3-5min walk. Don’t take the hbf main center exit, will take you a big round of walking and you will pass through some shady area which personally I don’t feel safe.

Very clean and neat! Highly recommended due to its close proximity to the train station too.

很乾凈整潔的酒店，離法蘭火車站步行300m，交通很便利。酒店服務很好，無論是打印東西，幫忙叫車，推薦餐廳，都很專業迅捷！

Ein vom Konzept her sehr schönes Hotel, allerdings sollte -wenn das Zimmer komplett in Weiß gehalten ist- mehr Sorgfalt auf die Sauberkeit gelegt werden. Die Spiegel waren fleckig und staubig, der Boden auch nicht sauber, die Vorhänge voller Flecken und nicht sehr ansehnlich. Das Bad ist modern bis auf die Dusche, sie ist einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß und viel zu klein. Etas mehr Licht im Badezimmer würde ebenfalls sehr helfen, es ist leider sehr dunkel. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist sehr laut. Die Lage im Bahnhofsviertel ist bekannt, das weiß man vorher und würden wir daher nicht in die Bewertung miteinfließen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr bemüht und freundlich, toll ist die 24-h geöffnete Bar (wenn auch sehr überzogene Preise!). Wir würden das Hotel nur bedingt empfehlen, dafür war das Zimmer einfach nicht sauer genug.

這邊的位置方便，服務熱情，房間內有minbar和非常棒的音箱!😉 但是我那個放間的minibar不能用，據説酒店疫情後剛開門，我就就一臉無奈🙁......

Very conveniently located for traveling to and from the Hauptbahnhof. 24H gym and sauna, though small is great for the jet lagged who can’t sleep.. The night staff switched on the sauna and gym equipment happily and promptly. The balcony room was quiet, clean and had all the conveniences for a short stay. Comfortable bed and fluffy pillows.

The location was very easy to find. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was clean and easy to find my way around. One thing that made my stay better was the front desk had power converters for customers so they can charge cell phones. Thank you!

Even after requesting, I was given a room on the first floor right above the hotel entrance and my stay was hindered by street noise, cars and voices that came right into the room when I was trying to sleep jet lagged. What is the point of being a gold Marriott member if you canot even get your choice of a room not facing the street??? Also, I have stayed in many hotels around haubtanoff main station but this hotel is really located on an inside street that is not desirable to walk alone, especially at night. For the price of $400 a night when prices are doubled during trade shows, I will stay somewhere next time.

This hotel was near the main train station in Frankfurt which was very convenient. It was also really easy getting to from the airport using tram system. The inside was really nice and offered candy and snacks at the bar area. They were nice at the concierge and we felt very comfortable in our short stay here.

Really well managed boutique hotel in the heart of Frankfurt. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel has a small gym and a sauna. From 8 pm to 8 am you can park your car right outside on the street for free. As a member of Marriott Group, you get all the Bonvoy benefits. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Have been there more than once

We loved the design of the hotel. Really awesome! Great service and staff. Very close to the train station. If we’re back, we will definitely stay here again.

central location.clean and decent sized room. good bed and good powershower. friendly guys at the reception. free 24/7 sauna available. be aware this is livingly area close to hauptbahnhof... so not for pussies.
