The hotel is located in the center and you can walk to the landmark of the city easily. The river is a few steps away, there are many restaurants around. The concept and interior design of the hotel is uniquely fun and makes you feel good. For example there was an ukulele as part of the decoration in the room I stayed in and it was nice for me to find this musical instrument in my room, which i learned to play in my childhood and put aside. There is a kitchen on the top floor and you can cook your own food if you wish. There are also some foods and drinks if you want to buy you take it and write down on the list on the table, to pay when you check out the hotel. İt was a good experience and I liked the hotel.

已經第三次入住了，但是感覺服務人員一直在更換，態度不如從前好，之前狗入住不用加錢，這次入住卻要收費，也沒有提前告知，如果寵物入住需要加錢，應該網站上要公佈才對。

我們沒有吃早餐，要我們付早餐費，感覺非常不好，管理專業水準太差，當然最後我們是不付的

My stay here was brilliant, I arrived early (Around 12:30ish) and did not expect to be checked in but they found me a room and were able to check me into the hotel early! the room was large and spacious and very modern and nicely decorated. The bed was amazing, I slept too well and didnt want to get up in the morning! It was quiet and didnt need to use the provided earplugs and it was such a comfortable space. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Staff were friendly and kind. I would only not recommend the breakfast, theres not really a lot there, the fresh pastries were nice but dont expect a lot to eat, it's not worth the upgrade in my opinion. But the actual room and the staff were enough to give this 5 stars!

Everything in this hotel is perfect… other than the location. You’ll see in the description and most reviews that this hotel is located on a busy bar street. But the bars are more like night clubs which are open until 5AM. The music WILL keep you awake, even with the ear plugs provided. I had to sleep with earphones playing white noise all night and even then I woke up several times from the music and people shouting on the street. The hotel itself is chic, the vegan breakfast is lovely although it is a small selection.

Staff were really helpful, any questions they assisted me. I felt comfortable and would stay again. 9.5/10

Overall I love this place and would stay there again. I really enjoyed having access to laundry and full kitchen! Downsides were that it was a bit noisy from the pub across the alley that closes at 5am. Also the value of the breakfast did not match the price.

Hotel is great, comfortable beautiful and great location, but be aware of high volume music playing on the hall all night and vegan breakfast

This hotel is super cute, just like the pictures. It is in a very popular, busy partying area, which is part of the reason we booked there. It didn't affect our sleep whatsoever. We thought the windows did a great job sealing out the noise. It is so close to about anything you would want to do in downtown Frankfurt. We had a great time staying here. The checkin was slightly confusing because it is automated, but there were staff around who were very nice and welcoming who can help out if you have trouble. I would stay here again!

A very stylish, contemporary and chic, fashionable hotel in the perfect district for dinning in Frankfurt! The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in anywhere in the World! A perfect location for the Traveller whether they are staying for one night or a week. The self-service theme was a bit daunting to an older Traveller like myself but once I got over the “surprise” that there was no attendant at a front desk to check in; I go through it with my iPhone. I would suggest that you make your guests more aware of this “virtual” check-in style so the are not “surprised” by it as we were. I did meet two of the staff and they were very charming and attentive as well as informative about their contemporary “virtual” hotel!

Self-checkin machine did not work at all. Nobody there in person only via phone. Access to hotel and rooms only with 6 digit code that always has to be entered again and again. Very annoying.

Great location, walkable to the city across the Main. Beautiful interior, well designed. Little noisy at night due to the bars.

Great location, super friendly staff, great contemporary, artsy building.
