Rate too high during Amviente fair period. Location is good and trlansportation is easy, with restautlrant and supermarket bearby. Walk to downton about 1 km

I'm happy n comfortable with a cute room , comfy bed and calm stay for me alone. Close to tram and ubahn station. Sure will stay again here.

Encontramos la habitación muy sucia y con olor a tabaco. Debajo de la cama había colillas, en el suelo y en los muebles manchas pegajosas como de algún líquido, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba y se ve que se había desmontado y habían dejado allí mismo el trozo que había caído. Además, la calefacción no funcionaba y hacía mucho frío. Fuimos a recepción pero encontramos que ya estaba cerrada (eran aproximadamente las 18h), aunque según la página y el cartel de la puerta de recepción debería cerrar a las 20h. Llamamos al teléfono de urgencia y cuando conseguimos contactar nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada porque era fiesta (nochevieja) y que al día siguiente lo solucionarían. Por la mañana, después de haber pasado la noche congelados, fuimos a recepción y volvimos a explicar lo que había pasado porque nadie les había informado y dijeron que lo arreglarían todo. Además, en estos dos días hablamos con el personal de trip.com e intentaron ayudarnos. El hotel les dijo a ellos que también te arreglaria todo. Esa tarde, cuando volvimos, encontramos la habitación en las mismas condiciones, excepto que habían hecho la cama. La calefacción seguía sin funcionar, la barra de la ducha seguía en el suelo y las colillas debajo de la cama. Otra vez, incumpliendo los horarios del cartel, la recepción estaba cerrada así que volvimos a llamar al número que habían dejado, está vez sin poder obtener respuesta. A la mañana siguiente ya nos íbamos y repetimos a recepción todo lo que había pasado. Su solución fue que escribiéramos un correo explicando lo que había pasado. Lo enviamos y pedimos un reembolso (al menos parcial) pero no lo quieren hacer porque ya está todo arreglado, según ellos. Una vergüenza y una experiencia terrible, sobre todo por el frío.

Quiet hotel, in a quiet neighborhood. I stayed in a small, functional, clean room, which had everything I needed for my stay. The hotel was in an excellent location for me, as everywhere I wanted to visit was within walking distance. Fantastic value for money overall!

Sadly they lost my luggage with valuables inside. Sofar my requests to the hotel have remained unanswered.

The room was incredible for the price - the beds were even comfier than my bed at home! It was clean, and the staff cleaned it daily. We barely saw anyone as reception was closed most of the time, but the lady on check in was polite enough. There was sky tv in the room, hair dryer and the shower was lovely, with hair and body wash provided also! We had a bedroom for 3 with 3 proper single beds and room to spare. Really really impressed. The location was about a 10 minute walk from the Christmas market, with a few bars and restaurants a small walking distance. It was quiet around the location also, not much noise from the street.

So, where do I start? First of all. The hotel is only staffed during the following times: 9am- 2pm and 5pm to 8pm. The reception is closed during the following hours 2pm-5pm, and 8pm onwards. There is a self-check in around the back of the hotel. I luckily didn't have to use it. the room was fine. Walls between rooms are paper thin. The room has no aircon, so it was an open window or nothing. even during cold winter nights. There was a fan available, but it was broken. I couldn't address this at reception because it was not staffed when I was there. There was no Do Not Disturb sign in the room, so the cleaning staff just came in to clean in the morning. The Fire alarm went off at 1am during one of the nights. There was no staff guidance. Luckily there were signs about how to leave the building. The firemen arrived, and couldn't get into the building because the main door auto locks and one of the guests had to use their keys to let them in. There was no staff to tell us everything was ok. Nothing. On my day of departure, I asked if I could leave my luggage. And the receptionist said yes, but I couldn't pick it up till 5pm because there was no one available during 2-5pm. I would not recommend this hotel. cheap or not, it’s not worth the hassle.
