One night stay in the airport, it's really nice hotel, because very close to the airport T1, just by walking. But you should go to the departure of T1A&T1B, Then you can see the sign to the hotels. By the way the breakfast is really good.

Clean, convenient to terminal. Walking distance, food options reasonable

All passenger lifts were not working. We had to use service lift and cargo lift. There were very few direction signs to the service lifts. Moreover, no one answered my calls for assistance.

Hotel reception lady provides inaccurate information during checkin .She claimed that there is construction work ongoing so there is no direct access to the airport. Even agree that I can take a taxi if I have problem with my luggage.

Shout-out to Eshan from guest relations for the warm welcome to the hotel. From the onset even before we reached the hotel, they already extended a very warm welcome by helping me handling my delivery and ensuring it is kept safely! Exactly the experience I need for a comfortable stay. Hotel looks really clean and neat. Hotel was very near to the airport (one link bridge away at level 3). Had all the facilities like Starbucks n bakery.

The receptionist is very helpful and let us early check in at 12nn. It was good for us. Hotel location is excellent and nearby the train station n airport. I will be back if go to Frankfurt for transit.

Hotel system should have serious issue, I got a room which have someone check-in luggage, terrible!

Very convenient as it is connected to the airport! Spacious room and friendly staff :)

The room is really old and some items are not functional. 1. Toilet door is not able to close properly and the door is too light hence is always slamming shut 2. Aircon is too noisy 3. Clothes cabinet are also not soft close type hence is always slamming shut 4. Small things like the desk pen is not even working. The spring inside is missing hence there is no way to write anything 5. The beside side power sockets are at the wrong side of the bed … the sockets are located not on the bedside table … but at the other side where there is no table to put your items to charge 6. Toilet bowl is very dirty which you can see from my uploaded picture Overall this hotel condition is super overpriced .. if not for the proximity to the airport . For those savvy travellers there are much better hotels at cheaper rates than Sheraton at Kelsterbach area …

The location is unbeatable—right next to the airport, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The check-in process was smooth.

The hotel was very well located and convenient for Terminal 1, Lufthansa flights. The rooms were very basic, however.

Check in was a Little Slow, but everything else was great.

The high score for location is because we had an early morning flight the next day. Instead of getting up at 3am in the morning and relying on the seldom-on-time train in Germany, we chose to stay ar Sheraton. The room was Ok. However, the shower surprised us with cold water. It was -1 outside. Based on the advice of the receptionist, we turned on all taps and shower. It took us at least 10 mins to get lukewarm water and then another few minutes to get hot water. Then after 20 mins, the water became gradually cold again.
