Comfortable apartment.

I would give it zero stars if possibile.... think of your worst nightmare and most rude awfull customer service and then double it. While the pictures look okay for this fake 4 star hotel with no Ac, you just can't use the place as is too hot inside and you are the roast, and if you open the windows is too loud, the mini fan wasn't working either, not that it would help with anything. Outside lots of sketchy people, ***** ... plain scary. No customer service on site, and when you call them, they keep lying and stringing you along with lies and promises. Wanted to upgrade to a new room that had AC for the remaining 3 days of my stay (as AC doesn't come with the 4 star hotel rating...lol) but they told me I would loose the entire paid booking for 4 days and need to pay for a new room from scratch... just plain ridiculous and simply rude. Please just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, anywhere.... was so unbearable for us that we just left after the first night...

Recomendo, lugar aconchegante , foi uma experiência maravilhosa, fácil acesso ao centro, bela vista da cidade, a equipe administrativa é muito competente e ágil o edifício disponibiliza serviços de excelência e qualidade, quero agradecer a gerente administrativo pela excelência competência.
