Fowey Cornwall - lovely modern house with balconies and fantastic views

8 Troy Court sleeps 6. It is a three storey house, tastefully furnished and well equipped. There are stunning views of the Fowey river from two balconies and patio as well as a garage and off-street parking (at a premium in Fowey!). The large kitchen/diner seats eight and has a gas hob, two electric ovens, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The lounge has two sofas, CD player, ipod docking station, flat screen TV with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. There are french doors opening on to the balcony with table and chairs with superb views of the town and river. Two of the bedrooms have double beds - one has its own balcony with views of the river. The third bedroom, with ensuite shower room, has two single beds and french doors opening to a patio garden. All bedrooms have ample storage. The main bathroom, recently refurbished, has bath, shower, basin and toilet.
