We recently stayed at the Fat Mulberry for the long weekend in august. It was our first time in that region and we were very unfamiliar with the roads. The host Margie was so attentive and assisted us with which roads to drive to get safely to the guesthouse. Apart form that we were greeted with such friendly and warm hospitality. We stayed in the gate house apartment and it had all the amenities that we needed to have a very relaxing stay. Our boys loved the property and especially enjoyed feeding the animals.

The Fat Mulberry offered us a sanctuary away from the world. The moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a serene ambiance. The Maluti View apartment was a charming blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, inviting us to unwind and soak in the breathtaking Maluti mountains views. There is a lot to do in the areas. We spent our evenings by the crackling fireplace, sharing stories and laughter. But it was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the owner and staff that truly made our stay unforgettable. Their attention to detail and dedication to creating a memorable experience were evident in every interaction. We left Fat Mulberry feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with a deep appreciation for the simple pleasures of life. This is a place where memories are made, and souls find peace. Definitely recommend this place.

Great stay with great service and great people. Love the top deck cottage. It was nice and big with n private space for the whole family.

The owner and staff are amazing - which match the farm and the views it brought us every evening. We were there with a group, and all of our group loved the place. Most will return I'm sure. The giant lawn chess set was a nice treat! Very peaceful and the staff accommodated all our requests.

Great place - Great views - Great people. This place is amazing. Our group had such a great time. We loved it and we do plan on returning one day. All of the staff was friendly and they really care for our group. They accommodated all our requests. Loved the giant chess set on the lawn!

A great place to visit, fantastic facilities and views. Well worth a few more visits. well worth the money. absolutely fantastic. will be our yearly venue for our SOX Run. for the club. this was our 12th Run

From the moment we arrived we where well taken care of by Margie. The past course was awesome and something we will share with friends back in Gauteng. The Hot Tub views and marshmallow smores was a hit
