Great hotel for a convenient stopover. Met with all our requirements. Staff excellent.

Gros problème, l hotel m’a fait payer a mon arrivée, j ai du donc payer 2 fois Je m en suis aperçu en consultant mes comptes en banque, un remboursement m’a ete proposé, mais ils m ont vivement recommandé de prendre des nuits supplémentaires pour utiliser je cite: un avoir Pleins de petits dej facturés, taxes de séjour en trop Je déconseille Vous serez si bien au premiere classe voisin

Very tired, needs updating. Plus side, the bed is comfortable and there is a kettle. However, air con is poor, room smelt, sink cracked, toilet marked and shower very slippy. The staff were nice. The outside looked very worn and the parking is not secure.

Our second stay here. So convenient to stop here after getting the Channel Tunnel, on our way to Disney. Far cheaper than staying in Dover. Basic, but clean and a warm welcome. So nice to have a meal in the restaurant and to get ready for the next day. Nice touch from the staff to bring us some snacks as we played a board game in the restaurant as we had some pre-dinner drinks. We’ll be back soon.

Myself and my parents stayed here overnight on our way to Calais. The staff were so lovely, we originally were put in rooms on the first floor but when I explained my parents were disabled they quickly moved us to the ground floor. They were equally as lovely when we ate in the restaurant for dinner. The room could have been cleaner… there was lots of hair in the plug hole which put me off using the shower. There were also lots of cobwebs around the furniture. But honestly can’t fault the staff, they were so accommodating! It’s easy to get to from the motorway. I can recommend the breakfast buffet too, it was a good way to start the day before we set off for the tunnel!

Location good. The pillows on bed were old, soiled & lumpy, including the additional/spare pillows. Mattress dirty - heavily soiled with brown stains. Would not recommend. Would not allow my pet dog to sleep here…

Easy access to the A26 , ample free parking and front of house staff with a smile to greet you …. we’ll be staying again . Excellent rooms clean and adequate for an overnight stop. Very near the usual food outlets so enough locally to have a bite to eat.

Really liked the restaurant facilities. Good value food served over a long period to suit travellers. Buffet of starters and desserts frequently refreshed. Easy to find, near the motorway with good parking. Comfortable bed and kettle in room. But the room was very hot and stuffy and the air-conditioning hardly worked. Getting someone to take our order at dinner was difficult but once engaged they were lovely.

Our room no. 2 was perhaps larger than others being for less able bodied visitors, which we are not. The evening meal was really good and the desserts outstanding, at a reasonable price. Breakfast could not be faulted.

Je suis arrivé hier dans ma chambre il n'y avait pas de télécommande pour la télé j'ai dû aller en chercher une à l,accueil qui ne fonctionnait pas la personne de l,accueille et venue avec deux autres télécommande et à constaté que la télévision était en panne comme il n,avez pas d,autres chambres de disponible il on dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire, j,aurai pensé avoir une compensation mais non rien du tout

Très bon hôtel avec un personnel à l'écoute, dévoué et sympathique ! Chambres confortables et petit déjeuner copieux. À recommander ! Nous y reviendrons volontiers et sans hésiter avec notre équipe de futsal

Établissement très bien tenu ,un des campanile les plus propres que nous avons visité.Personnels très aimables et serviables. Très proche des commerces (zone commerciale). 10 mn du centre ville en voiture. Petit dej conforme au campanile en règle générale. Seul bémol un bruit de chaudière ou groupe qui produit un bruit assez fort qui donne l'impression de dormir en avion.Que nous avions déjà constaté dans d'autres établissements. Rapport qualité prix très intéressant. Merci de leur accueil.

Vous arrivez dans un lieu où l’on vous mets en total confiance .Le responsable et les employés sont aux petits oignons et la nourriture est excellente,chambre niquel.Ce lieu mérite des étoiles. Je recommande ce lieu sans hésitation . Cela mérite d’être relevé au vu de certain hôtel où je suis allé . GRAND BRAVO À CE LIEU +10000
