Berman Hotel (Foshan Nanhai Qiandenghu Resort)

Disappointing due to very poor housekeeping. Not suitable for guests who expect basic hygiene and cleanliness for hotels. Left over cigarette butts by previous guests found in bathroom. Suspect bedsheets were not changed into new ones for new guests but merely touched up for check-in. Location is ok (within 15-20 mins walk from Metro) with restaurants (next door) and eateries (nearby). Facilities is basic with no public toilet, in-house restaurant or laundry facilities. Public parking area with ample lots. However, guests will need to tell reception to lift barrier each time they leave to enjoy free parking. Only commendable is Ms Lin (stand-in receptionist) who is kind, understanding, and goes the extra mile to address all issues for hotel guests efficiently and effectively.

服務非常差，房間連掛衣服的地方都沒有，到店時候定的房間沒打掃，其他柏曼都是升級房間，這家卻換成小的房間，然後房間裏面沒有洗髮水，找前台要，還説她檢查過了，肯定有，很不情願給，説要拿，要收費，還説什麼不是五星級酒店，不會免費提供這些，另外一家柏曼服務比這家好很多，反正聽勸的避雷，從不評價的我，這次火的一定要給這家柏曼差評！重要的事情説三遍，聽勸的別定這家柏曼重要的事情説三遍，聽勸的別定這家柏曼重要的事情説三遍，聽勸的別定這家柏曼另外那家，服務比這家好一百倍
