Baia Taormina

Calm and beautiful hotel, excellent for couples and friends who would like to have a tranquility with a spectacular view. Staff were amazing. Professional, helpful and friendly. Clean hotel with good food. Really enjoyed our time there. Planning to go back

Hotel is isolated and you need a car as it is unsafe to walk on the roads outside the hotel due to traffic and lack of pavements. There are no shops or bars within walking distance and the hotel does provide a shuttle bus but times are very limited and will only accommodate 6 people at a time. This has to be booked or a taxi will cost 35 Euros each way. The pool and restaurants are situated on the lower levels and the lifts are needed unless you are super fit. 1 lift was out of order during our stay but the hotel was not busy and therefore not a problem. If you have a fear of heights this is not the hotel for you. I also feel it is unsuitable for children as there is no entertainment and the high areas would be a risky environment. There is ongoing refurbishment going on with workmen around the hotel and in the bar areas getting coffees and playing music from early in the morning. There is no access to the private beach as it is being repaired. There is a half finished hotel next door covered in scaffolding where work seems to be at a stop. Lounge areas were sparsely decorated although new furniture arrived during our stay but lacked atmosphere and comfort. I do not feel the hotel was ready for guests due to the ongoing refurbishment works. The staff were attentive and pleasant but I was disappointed as the adverts are very different to what was there in reality.

Just off Taormina, past Letojani upon a hill slop sits this little gem, Baia Taormina Hotel, such a lovely location that one never tires of it's spectacular views. Staff are most helpful, pool areas are lovely and food is good too. One small hitch I would like to point out is that rooms need renovating and gardens need a bit of tender loving care. Unfortunately throughout our stay the lift to get to pool was not working therefore had to climb a number of stairs to get to get to the reception area.

After the confines of Covid, all we wanted was a relaxing break by the sea and the Hotel Baia Taormina certainly provided that. Wonderful pools with amazing views over the bay. Friendly and helpful staff. A great jumping off point to visit Taormina, Siracusa and Agrigento. Went home feeling refreshed and ready to face the world again.

Loved the place, the view and the dinner! We understood that they open recently but it was ok We enjoyed the pool, the sea view from our balcony and the transfer service to Taormina. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

Exceptional sea view on the bay of Taormina. The ideal location if you want to enjoy your swimming as well as explore the surroundings. Helpful and gentle staff and great breakfast and a la cart dinner. We had a great time in general, the location was key.

Hotel trovato per caso seguendo tutti i canoni delle nostre richieste ed è stato sopra le nostre aspettative. dalla camera al cibo e soprattutto per il relax che cercavamo. Piscine e panorama stupendi. Questo hotel a parte la posizione invidiabile, vanta di un personale di grande cordialità e professionalità che non sempre è scontato. Dal personale della reception, alle cameriere ai piani, al barman Rosario, al bagnino Louis, al maître Roberto, a tutto il personale di sala, Carmela, Alexa e ai vari camerieri, perdonatemi se non ricordo i nomi di tutti. Infine e non per ultima una chicca di questo hotel che vanta l’intrattenimento e la voce strepitosa di Federica Palma che in queste due sere ci ha allietato con un vasto repertorio di canzoni italiane e straniere da brivido. Siamo tornati oggi già con la voglia di ritornare ancora. Sicuramente qualcosa va ancora perfezionata ma lamentarsi in un posto così credo sia solo peccato e sono più che convinta che dietro tutto questo ci sia la guida di un grande direttore. Complimenti e in bocca a lupo.

Cały personel hotelu bardzo kompetentny, uczynny , uśmiechnięty, pomocny . Pokoje komfortowe, czyste, pościel i ręczniki zmieniane. Komfortowe bezpłatne transfery na plaże oraz do Taorminy. Śniadanie oraz obiadokolacje jakościowo bardzo dobre. Pod względem obsługi to zasługuje na 6 gwiazdek. Niesamowite widoki z pokoju na Zatokę Taorminy

Posto bellissimo, servizi reception professionali, gentili e disponibili con nota di merito alla Signorina Pennisi e al wellness il servizio massaggi. Colazione con prodotti freschi, pulizia delle camere eccellente. Un po' sacrificato il collegamento con i centri abitati.
