酒店外觀感覺都很好，進內也有摩登感覺。 服務也是很親切有禮 最大問題是房間，房內的牆身很粗糙，洗手間、浴室洗澡位的用料非常差，一點也不優雅富麗堂皇。 價錢一晚是$4000港元，這個價格有這樣的裝潢真不能接受。

Room: very cheap, both furnitures and finitions. And the bed, what a nightmare with the hardest mattress and pillow (fortunately Angelo did change the pillows). The curtains are ridiculous, mostly those separating the bathroom where no privacy is possible. The glass door is cannot be fully opened. Impossible to have a room without light with these curtains and outside shutters. Then, the horrible molds in the shower in many different places. Looks like a 4* room with the price of a palace. And, the worst part: nothing is soundproof, you can hear what’s happening in the other rooms, the corridor and the door of the cleaners that is so painful to hear every tile they go in (room 310, just next to this place). The WORST room I ve ever been in. Breakfast: the team is so unhappy to be there that they don’t serve you well , some of them even don’t say hello, the attitude is a disaster. And the buffet is ridiculous. What about the first avocado toast I’ve ordered: the egg was cold, the bread a stone. And they forgot one coffee every 2. They just don’t care and seem to hate their job. The hotel finitions are very cheap and badly finished: look at the white stairs, the ceiling in the breakfast place and the painting stains on all chassis To go to the swimming pool, you need to go through the restaurant??? And they put a towel on the floor close to the door , never seen this before The noise of the cleaning machine of the pool is so strong Then, the shuttle: for the price of this poor hotel, I’ve learned during one of the trip that it was 125€ per way !!!! Crazy. At least yohh in say it before but not during the trip. I already took it the day before thinking that it was complimentary with a so called 5*L. And yesterday, no reservation at bocconcino despite the proof I have from your concierge. Bar 67 is super 1* restaurant is ok (even if they did bring food when we were drinking MASSETO and I had written to avoid that. I could continue but I doubt that it will change. But for me and Lu wife it s the worst experience ever. And your prices are crazy with this very poor quality. Boris Lubicz

We had booked for 4 nights but we stayed 6 because it was so relaxing and memorable time. The staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming, especially pool attendant Daiva - she was so lovely and professional! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

The moment we stepped foot on the property, we loved it. Private, excellent location, and beyond chic. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, especially the sweet pool attendant - she was lovely. Riding bikes to town was a highlight each day. Breakfast was very nice but limited. At the price point, it would have been nice to see a full buffet. We had just arrived from Portrait Milano and their breakfast is hard to beat. Beach club was nice but we had booked in advance and it wqs cloudy and windy most of our stay. They have a 48-hr cancellation which was unfortunate at the price. The spa was extremely nice and the gym well-equipped. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious and had a huge bathroom. The glass wall/door to bathroom are easy to walk into if you aren’t paying attention so be cautious. Rooftop bar is great. Have a cocktail at sunset.

Just average. Besides a blah room with a glass bathroom (forget your dignity with your partner). The bed is on a narrow platform, so watch your step getting out at night. The real issue past the room esthetics was the inconsistent service. The porter was lovely and inviting, but the person at reception was rude and barely said hello. There was no welcome drink, no happy smiling face; overall, the first impression was terrible and only got marginally better...sort of. When I complained to the manager (I was prepared to check out before we even checked in), he said little and did nothing to change the experience but added insult to injury and offered a drink in the bar. He missed the point. We could afford a drink for $1600/nt; it was the hospitality we were looking for. He was the only manager on our trip who never introduced himself. The beach club service and the restaurant and head chef were good, but that was it. Most staff looked unhappy, and some were unfriendly (the morning breakfast service and spa staff looked miserable. The hotel needs a new GM, and the staff needs training. Compared to our other hotels (Castello di Casole, Capri Tibero Palace, Palazzo Portinari), Principe was an expensive disappointment.

We wish we had longer! In the posh beach town of Forte Dei Marmi, The Principe is definitely in a league of its own! The hotel was modern yet elegant and the dining experience at Lux Lucis on property is curated by Michelin Star Chef Valentino Cassanelli. The bar on the 4th floor of the Principle provides views of the Mediterranean while enjoying dessert or drinks. The beach club down the street offers an afternoon dining experience al fresco while enjoying a day on the beach. Note: the beachfront cabanas are not included in the accommodations, but may be added for an additional charge to enhance your experience. The spa services included with the accommodations are fitting of a five star resort. I decided to indulge in a facial and 80 min massage tailored to my specific requirements. The massage was a combination of deep tissue and Swedish with just the right amount of oil applied to work on some of my more stubborn knots. Ultimately, our feelings about the experience were affirmed by a local restaurateur and owner of Casamare, located in Piazza Garibaldi, who made mention that the Principle is simply the best in town!
