Péssimo atendimento da recepção e café/restaurante, empregados mal humorados e nada prestativos. Cobrar por água potável. - inaceitável. Café da manhã instável, um dia bom outro precário, sem suco de laranja e coco, além de não haver frutas inteiras. Ótima localização, boa área de piscina (mas suja, sem manutenção) e quartos amplos.

I have been staying at this hotel for 20 years, and every year, the condition gets worse. The rooms are very old and tired and in need of renovation, as they haven't done anything to the rooms in the 20 years I have been going there. The swimming pool is not working and is closed, I was told that is has been out of commission for 7 months now, and they still haven't fixed it. But they will charge you extra for a room with a pool view that is closed, what a joke! They have now closed the restaurant, and they are now serving the breakfast in a back room on the floor above.The breakfast at the hotel was once good, but now they have cheaped out on everything with not that many choices, they even water down the scrambled eggs to a point that it is just a sloppy soup that you almost need a spoon to eat it with! There is always at least 1 of the elevators out of order, I was coming from the 2nd floor to the lobby when I got stuck in the elevator. The elevator was stuck about 3 feet from the lobby floor and had no ventilation, I tried to push the alarm button, but it didn't work, and there was no telephone in the elevator either to alert someone that I was stuck in the elevator, which was a little scary! I managed to pry the inside door open and noticed the cables that carry the elevator from floor to floor were in very poor condition and frayed, just an accident waiting to happen. I found a latch on the outer door, and I was able to pry that door open just enough to squeeze through and jump down the 3 feet to the lobby floor. I told the guy at the front desk what had just happened, and he was on the telephone right away, calling someone. I went to the store, which is 3 doors down, and I was back within 10 minutes. He informed me that the elevator was now fixed, and they had a company come in and fix it, I said in 10 minutes? He just shrugged his shoulders! The elevators have not been inspected and in need of maintenance, and they are very dangerous. I will never return to this hotel again, and I would recommend that if you are planning to visit Fortaleza, you look for a different hotel. There are many nice hotels available in the area, but this is not a nice hotel by any means!

1. Room looked VERY different and very low quality than the advertised photos (see attached photos) I would not have chosen this hotel. 2. Water in shower drained really really slowly. 2 inches of water after 4 minutes of shower. 3. Water in hand washing sink was very weak. 4. Bed was two twin mattresses put together.

Estive por 5 dias com mais 7 amigas. Hotel MARAVILHOSO! Nenhuma reclamação. Quartos limpos, recepção atenciosa e rápida, conservação geral excelente, ar condicionado central fácil de manejar, café da manhã excelente, servico de lavanderia rápido e muito bom, amei o serviço gratuito de toalhas para praia e piscina, enxoval de muito boa qualidade, localização excelente (em frente à Feirinha, praia, ao lado da sorveteria Sao Paolo maravilhosa)... tudo OK muito bom.

Gostei bastante do hotel. Ótima localização, cafe da manhã muito bom. O unico problema que achei foi a acústica. As vezes parecia que estavam entrando no quarto, mas na verdade era no quarto ao lado. Mas fui compreensivo por entender que é um predio antigo.

A localização é excelente. Em frente tem a feirinha de artesanato, tem agência de turismo, restaurantes, farmácia,... Uma dica é comer no primeiro barzinho beira mar (Flor do Mar). Quase em frente ao hotel. Comida maravilhosa. Peixe, camarão, pizza, tudo maravilhoso. A praia é linda, porém não dá para entrar. Depois que aterraram ficou com declive e ondas muito fortes, uma pena. A piscina do hotel é maravilhosa com barzinho e um rapaz muito simpático servindo lá. Falta porta shapoo, sabonete e lugar para deixar roupa de praia escorrer. O café da manhã é impecável, tem de tudo. Camas boas, quarto bom, ar condicionado bom. A localização é de fácil acesso para outros lugares.

Hotel muito bem localizado na melhor região! Há tudo que a pessoa precisa no quarteirão do hotel, sendo o melhor ponto para o turista se hospedar. Café da manhã bem servido, profissionais da recepção atenciososos, mas um dica, dêem preferência para os quartos virados para a piscina, pois caso seja do outro lado, o barulho da rua pode incomodar.

Além da melhor localização do Meireles, a equipe é super atenciosa, desde a Nirvana, da reserva, aos recepcionistas Romilson, André, Soraia, Janaina, Wagner. E o staff do café da manhã: Lucas (maitre), o garçom Lucas Abreu, Gabriel, Aurélio e o Josenildo, muito gentis. A Lucy e a Ayla preparam uma deliciosa tapioca! Quarto espaçoso, com cama king size e uma cama de solteiro. Limpeza impecável da camareira Marcelina, toalhas excelentes! Este hotel fica em frente a feirinha. O puro açaí é no térreo, a melhor churrascaria da cidade, a JP steakhouse é no 1o andar, como também a Pizza Hut. San Paolo sorveteira, McDonald's, show de humor, farmácia, mercearia, lojinhas, bares e restaurantes, tudo em torno do hotel. Há uma bela piscina e academia no Oásis. O hotel disponibiliza toalha para levarmos para a piscina e praia. Com certeza retornaremos.
