The View Hotel

Our first stay at The View’s Inn was very good. We stayed in a ground-floor room with a kitchenette, which was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Although the price was quite high at $289, the overall experience that time made it feel worthwhile. Unfortunately, our second stay didn’t live up to the same standard. The upstairs room we were given had a strong odor, was dark and dingy, and felt damp. Noise from guests partying inside and outside the building made for a restless night. We were not offered another room, and because the booking was non-refundable, we had no alternative. Another point worth mentioning is that the hotel does not offer breakfast, only coffee and a few other beverages for guests. While this isn’t a dealbreaker, it would have been nice to have a basic breakfast option, especially for the price. We also asked about government or corporate rates, and were told, “We just don’t,” which was disappointing, especially for travelers on work-related stays. That said, there are positives. The secure parking lot was appreciated, especially for those traveling with tools or equipment. And most importantly, the staff and room cleaners were kind, professional, and helpful throughout — they truly deserve 10 stars for their service. To the owners: respectfully, reasonable prices should be offered or at least have government discounts and breakfast for the price you are charging. Kind Regards, Mrs..& Mr. McDavid

I had frozen meat that needed a freezer. Staff helped with that and were wonderful.
