This hotel is great. The only problem is you don't get breakfast if you book through this website. I think if you spend that amount of money you should get a free breakfast. Even though this is under construction remodeling, which I used to do the work is good but could be better and faster.all and all well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The Diner part has good food but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, outback, Longhorns and Dave's BBQ . MISSION BBQ AND OLIVE GARDEN.

The location is perfect, it's very close to Bell Tower, Dave & Buster's and many good restaurants. And it's also only 20 mins from Downtown.
In general, the hotel is clean. However, I found a little hair on the toilet, I have to use a disinfection wipe to clean it by myself.
Besides that, the fitness center is big enough and the swimming pool is also nice.

Very comfortable bed, quality linens, very nice pool and pool area. We were there 2 nights and the room was not cleaned or refreshed. We asked for towels at front desk on our second day as we had no clean towels to shower and (there was only one bath towel per person when we checked in and it was rather small so not suitable to be re-used as it got very wet with one day use) were told that house keeping would bring us some but no one ever did. Also the hotel is under renovation but we were never advised of that, we only found out upon check in. However it was not extremely loud.
Overall the room was very comfortable.

Some construction going on. This was previously Crown Plaza at Bell Towers which we have stayed at many times. Looking forward to seeing the finished property. All amenities seemed to be in use. We were only there about 10 hours due to late arrival. Will stay there again!

When I stayed I locked myself out of my room as soon as I got there and the manager was very fast and helpful.

We Had no idea property was under renovations..4 times we were unable to get in our room the lock needed to be fixed.. that was a little inconvenient

The lobby was under construction, but the hotel called me before i arrived and warned me so there was no surprise. The shuttle service was prompt and driver was friendly. My only complaint actually stems from service at the restaurant, as the server seemed bothered that we were there and was no where near as friendly as the other staff I interacted with.

The hotel is being renovated so there is essentially no lobby and there are tarps and dust/noise. The only restaurant/bar in the hotel is very nice but on the first floor right by the construction and the construction ruins the dining experience.
