酒店入住和退房都很簡單，酒店暖房噪音很大，早餐雖然比較單調，但是乾淨衞生。

Stay away. They used a virtual front desk--no humans were on premises. Wifi-Internet didn't work. The room phone didn't work.

We stayed at this hotel just for the night since we arrived in Fort Myers around midnight. The outside of the hotel was really nice. I did not like the check in process. The front desk employee was “virtual”, which was fine, but the process took forever and there was only one agent and a few people waiting in line. It would have been fine if there were multiple agents and the process went faster. The woman at the complimentary breakfast was very nice! Overall, it was a good place to sleep for the night, just didn’t like the check in process.

Virtual checkin - no front desk person . Had to get extra towels from cleaning staff in hallway . Which worked out in the end .

Very impersonal. No front desk staff. Check in and out via computer link to offshore centre. Wifi in room tempermental and bathroom stained. Breakfast mediocre. Hotel overpriced and not good value. Would not recommend. Only saving grace is convenience to airport.

No-one at the desk for check in or check out. Needed more towels and no-one responded but sent me 2 text at 3 and 3:30 am looking for a rating... pull out couch with no sheets, pillows, or blankets. Overall not a great hotel.

I needed a hotel for one night, close to SWF. This Days Inn was the most competitively priced so I chose it. I wasn't expecting a 'luxury" hotel, just a place to lay my head. I don't know, but this hotel appears to be new, or they maintain it impeccably. It was a great choice.

It was difficult to communicate with cleaning staff as they did not speak English. I was going to use the treadmill but it was 84 degrees in the exercise room!

Property was clean and well maintained. Cleanliness of room was good although the cleaning itself was at times a bit unreliable. Wi-Fi worked great only in the lobby in the room we had little to no service. The lack of any form of front desk staff made it feel disconnected and it was hard to feel as if anyone was actually in charge at the hotel.
