Amazing location, the staff were incredibly kind and considerate, rooftop pool was amazing - had dj and great food/ drinks. Not a huge hotel so easy to get around quickly. Lovely place to do yoga in am and unlimited bottle water in gym - 1 block from beach - would definitely go back and recommend to other

Nice hotel with a boutique vibe. Fantastic location within a few minutes walking distance to the beach. Had a ground floor room, no view and noisy due to other guests walking by and talking loud late at night. Would stay again if I needed a pre-cruise hotel. Rooftop pool was a nice surprise.

Old motel turn into a Kimpton More like a 3 stars

I took my daughter on a mother daughter trip. We stayed only 1 night. The hotel staff went above and beyond. They were so incredibly helpful! They allowed us to check in early the day we arrived and even allowed a late checkout the following day! They were so helpful getting the free bike rental, even brought a toothbrush to my room when I realized I had forgotten mine. Amazing staff. This hotel was cute, very close to the beach and not to far to get to shops. We didn't have a carso we walked or rode bikes everywhere. It's an older hotel, the floors have not been updat, but the beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

本來因為之前住了曼谷和蘇州兩家金普頓，印象極佳，這回到美國旅行連着訂了幾家同品牌酒店，沒想到第一家就踩雷了，急忙把後面訂的金普頓同品牌酒店都退了。主要問題是房間極為侷促，連攤開一個行李箱的空間都沒有。換了兩間房都是如此。裝修雖新，卻很粗糙廉價。衞生間水壓很小，洗個澡也不暢快，唉，真心是敗壞了金普頓這個新品牌的口碑。還好衹住一個晚上，第二天一早趕快退房走人。

Nice little hotel off of ocean drive, very enjoyable rooftop pool vibes. Staff is very helpful and friendly, same as staff at the Fuga restaurant. Very good spot for kicking back and relaxing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location. I loved that Beach Chairs were included, the free HH glass of wine, and what it was walkable to a lot of the stuff in the area. The rooftop pool is also worth it!!! I only wish the amenities were explained a tiny bit better upon check in. I will def be back.

The property is clean and very nice, front desk staff were friendly but had limited knowledge of surroundings. The roof top bar/pool has beautiful views and great salads. The Italian restaurant La Fuga was superb. The only complaint is the room was rather small and the motel style rooms don’t have any privacy with the blinds open. We would definitely return for cocktails and supper. Good value-compromise compared to the W, Westin and Hilton next door.

Great property with a cool vibe. Restaurant was excellent and room was well appointed. As we were travelling with 2 children (10/13), we found that it was not ideal for them. The lower pool was not heated and the rooftop one was geared toward a party atmosphere. We could really only use in the morning when it was quiet. Once it got to the afternoon, it was very busy, and not conducive to families.

We had an excellent stay! Clean and spacious rooms, perfect for what you need. Close to all of the action as well. We loved that the beach chairs were included in the stay and could just walk to the beach, let them know we were staying there, then pick chairs that were set out already!

Love the rooftop pool but could use a little more chaise lounge chairs. Tend to have alot of just seating. Still NICE!

Overall the property was great. We just stayed one night and the room was big, clean and bright. Its just bit dated even with the renos. The hallways are loud and doors slam shut. Again, not much can be done because of the architecture of the building ( concrete floors and open access). Staff were extremely nice and accomodating.

Great spot with 2 pools, a restaurant, and a rooftop bar next to the rooftop pool. Very clean (although the bathroom floor in the room is due for a scrubbing). Ping pong and cornhole were available for the kids in a nice little courtyard near the room. Complimentary coffee and chilled water were available near the lobby but were often not refilled when empty. The amazing staff justified the overall 5 star review. The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to returning.

Avoid room 228 as it’s next to the elevators and all you hear at night is the loud noises coming from the elevators. Walls are thin. As well, watch out as you enter and leave the room as there is a 4 inch drop. We met a guest who’s wife fell and needed emergency hip surgery.
