Value vs benefit = dreadful. Can’t believe we paid 275€ for one night in this hotel - in the photos it does look very nice but the hotel rooms are tired and not well kept at all. The toilet flush keeps running non stop at fault and when you shower everything leaks. The “spa” is more like a kindergarten as even last 18;30 there are loads of kids screaming and running around - the staff despite being prompted didn’t do anything . The conditions of the pool and alleged “sauna and steam rooms” need an urgent clean up as there is lots of traces of mould - this pool was clearly done 40 years ago and not maintained at all. Instead of clearing also the snow from the balcony so people could see into the view, the hotel didn’t bother at all which just looked like a load of snow dumped

I spent one week with my husband in this wonderful hotel, everything was perfect: the bedroom, the meals (breakfast and dinner, the latter served at the nearby Aragon Hills Hotel), the whole staff (in the restaurants, at the reception, the maids who tokk care of my beautiful bedroom) were very professional. I do hope to come again, and relax, again Maria Adorno

We stayed here for a week in December. The room we had was a good size, clean and with quite a large bathroom. Staff at the hotel were also really helpful and friendly. We opted for the dinner, bed and breakfast option. There was plenty of choice for us at breakfast, but we didn't have any of the hot food. It would have been nice to have an omlette/fried egg station. The evening meal was a little fancy for our tastes, and we opted to have a burger and.chips in the bar one evening, for a change. They did seem to hurry us through a bit in the restaurant, and there was no offer of.coffee after the meal. Wine was really cheap!! The only negative point I could make was that we stayed in the bar one eve for a drink, and it was freezing cold! It was the middle of December and none of the radiators were on!! We would stay here again, but might just take the b&b option and eat in town sometimes.

¡Gran hotel! Restaurante con magníficas vistas, personal muy agradable, acogedor y servicial. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y son muy cómodas, no falta de nada. Piscina y jacuzzi hammam sauna a disposición de los clientes. Desayuno muy variado, muy recomendable! Nada de que quej****.

Todo muy bien, Desayuno bueno, estancia tranquila y transporte gratis a pistas desde la puerta del hotel 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 repetiría sin duda. Tienen guardaskies gratuito también. El spa no lo probamos porque estaba hasta arriba. El personal muy muy amable.

El hotel está genial,la situación,los servicios,habitaciones,transporte a pistas...todo de 10. Pero si hay algo que recalcar año tras año es la amabilidad y predisposición de los trabajadores a hacerte la estancia agradable,desde que entras a recepción, pasando por comedor y las chicas de la limpieza...son todos de lo mejor. Si viajas con tu 🐕 🐶 no le faltará un detalle.Lo recomiendo 100%. Hasta el año que viene!!!

Muy acogedor con un trato de Mery estupendo. Desayuno genial y una de las principales razones para elegir el hotel. Se agradecen servicios de sauna y piscina aunque podria ser mucho mas acogedor y con toallas. Echamos de menos servicio de masajes

Lo mejor del hotel es su cercanía a las pistas. El trato del personal es muy bueno. Son muy amables. No obstante La calidad del hotel no corresponde a un 4 estrellas, la habitación es pequeña. El desayuno es correcto. Las instalaciones son algo obsoletas guarda ski, zona Spa.

Todo ultra perfecto! La comida, la gente que trabaja en equipo, la limpieza! Todo es maravilloso! Siempre estamos con la empresa naturenglish en este hotel y nunca hemos tenido problemas! Es de lo mejor con sus pedazo vistas! Lo recomiendo 100%
