We arrived in the evening and we're looking for a place to stay. By chance we find this hotel near the city center. The rooms were well decorated and the staff we met were very friendly. I definitely recommend it. Only minus the lack of parking space .We had to do several short rounds to get a place as even the parking at the place nearby was full.

Our ‘superior double’ room was somewhat utilitarian and uninviting, and was very overpriced at €500+ per night (including breakfast). We felt this was purely because of the hotel’s location close to the Chateau de Fontainebleau, not because of its quality. The lift area smelt strongly of damp, and breakfast was disappointing for a 4* hotel. But the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and all the public areas were clean.

Lovely well located property, amazing rooms. However the hotel was under construction and we were not told about it. The first morning we had to have breakfast inside our room, the second morning the restaurant was working but barely. The front desk was almost always empty and the people behind it were not very friendly in approach or manner. The rooms were new and nice and comfortable. From the window we could se the chimneys of the Chateau de Fontainbleau

We stopped in Fontainebleau on the way home from Paris for an evening. The hotel is very nice, as it should be for the price. Room looked out over the chateau grounds and was airy and comfortable. We thought about eating dinner in town, but decided to stay in the hotel. Best decision of the trip. The restaurant is beautifully layed out. The service was close to Michelin. I had a saddle of lamb. It was, literally, the best I have had in my entire life. Which is saying a lot. The other dishes were also terrific, but mine was stellar. You can eat more cheaply, and apparently well, in town. But this restaurant was an experience. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

All not quite as good as it looks. The room we had was well appointed but so small that the bed was squeezed in so that it was only possible to get in on one side. It was expensive especially as breakfast is not included. Wi-Fi works well but only one chair which is too low for the desk.

Lovely building and setting. Couple of minor issues with air con cooling not really working, and breakfast was a little disappointing (no fresh egg choice etc). Very good staff though.

Very good stay at the hotel for a 2 night stay. A shame the restaurant was closed on Monday evening. Great breakfast

We stayed here 10 years ago and it was delightful.When we checked in this week we were immediately told”The chateau is closing in 2 weeks for a 2 Year renovation “…it felt like a warning…which in fact it proved to be. The public area and the beds rooms small of stale air and poor plumbing. Tired furniture and poorly looked after public areas…We were glad to leave.Hopefully in 2 years it will be a 4 or 5 star property, it is nothing close to that right now.

Very helpful and friendly staff, fantastic location next to the Chateau. The room we had was peaceful and large. Excellent on site restaurant. Only downside is the restaurant and bar are closed completely on a Monday and Tuesday but there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel, the staff were really friendly, it was really peaceful and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing that I’d give 4 stars for was that it was a bit on the pricey side and also could have done with more attention to detail (for example, providing a spare roll of toilet paper and also offering other herbal teas in addition to the black teas in the room).

The hotel is steps from Fontainebleau and the room are very elegantly designed. My wife and I stayed in a suite that was stylish and roomy with a modern style bathroom that was almost as large as the room itself. Their restaurant had exquisite french cuisine and good service. We came for 2 days during a trip to Paris and did not want to return - the hotel was great, Fontainebleau is spectacular with its gardens, and the town is nice to walk around as well. WORTH THE TRIP. Kudos to the staff - Navid, Yuann, and Eloise.

If you are seeking a refined inn in Fontainbleu, La Demeure du Parc is the spot. Rooms in this renovated contemporary inn are beautifully appointed. The hotel is steps away from the Park and City center. A very well regarded serves a fine French breakfast. Dinner is on a very high level. Only design flaw is that the walk-in shower, which is quite deep (my room "35" did not drain well, and water overflowed inside the sleeping area.
