Beach Club Font de Sa Cala

The hotel grounds were lovely. Very well maintained and full of excellent activities. The positives: ✔️ lovely big pools ✔️ no towels on beds early ✔️great tennis courts & crazy golf ✔️local bus straight to a beautiful town ❌ The buffet in the morning and night is the most manic I’ve experienced. Huge turn off which means we wouldn’t return. ❌ Dinner is only served for 2 hours and getting all customers through in that time is chaotic. Waiters cleared away buffet 20 minutes before end of night and come around to give you a 10 minute count down at end of evening. ❌ Impossible to find tables that were set up, so you had to hover around waiting. ❌ Evening entertainment was poor. ❌ You have to pay extra to use the gym 28€ per week. ❌ The third bed in a triple room is a very small sofa bed. We booked as 3 adults and the sofa bed was ridiculously small, and I’m only 5ft 2. Only suitable for a young child. This should have been stated on the website. I still gave 3 stars as quality time with my two daughters outweighed the negative accommodation and half board experience.

We had the most amazing two weeks at Beach Club Font de Sa Cala! From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and joyful. This hotel is a true gem for families, couples, and anyone who wants a great mix of relaxation and fun. The food was good and varied enough, with themed dinner nights that added a special touch. Our room was cleaned every single day, and the cleanliness of the whole hotel was top-notch. The grounds are incredibly well-maintained — lush gardens, palm trees, and flowers everywhere. It's a pleasure just to walk around. The hotel has three different pools, each with its own vibe — perfect for families, quiet sunbathing, or more active fun. And the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away — beautiful, clean, and easy to access. The hotel is located in a lovely area, with couple of grocery shops and a restaurant nearby, but still peaceful and relaxing. The animation team deserves a special shoutout — they were phenomenal, Marta, Lucas and Asia especially, so kind, and professional — we often felt like we were watching real actors on stage during the evening shows. There was something fun going on every single day, and our child (and we!) were always excited to join in. The mini-disco was an absolute hit — full of joy, dancing, and smiles every evening! In short — we couldn't have asked for more. This place has everything for a great holiday. Huge thanks to the whole staff — you made us feel so welcome and cared for. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone we know! Ps: renting a car at airport was a great idea as there were plenty of places and beaches to visit nearby.

Excellent venue and great coaching tips from the coaches. Rooms were roomy and serviced every day. Lovely and fresh. Food was divine and lots of it. Food available in pizza area along with drinks through until midnight. Two adult pools and a beach. Great facilities. Would thoroughly recommend.

Good hotel, the buffet menu is standard. Good choice tho. The hotel is mostly for people who cycle, run and are into tennis. Saying that the hotel is massive and has enough pools for everyone to be in. It’s in the quiet side. So if you’re looking for a bar or that then maybe look for somewhere else. There is a little beach next to the hotel which was cool too. Big shout out to the cleaning staff and the breakfast/ entertainment team they really do earn their money. Hotel is always clean. The only downside to the hotel is some of the fittings are older (yellowish) and the tv didn’t have English channels (I like background noise) also our outside balcony light never had a cover on it. All the same was a good few days.

The hotel staff is very unfriendly and lazy. They don't smile and ask guests to leave dinner 10 minutes before closing time. The rooms are poorly cleaned. Note: the pool water is not chemically cleaned daily.

Average hotel, friendly hard working staff & reasonable service but not suitable for disabled or those with limited mobility also not much for vegetarians or vegans. Food repetitive & no special dinners evenings. Probably only really deserved 3 star rating.
