Golf Hotel

We really had a great experience at this hotel. The food was excellent and the staff were amazing. Particular mention to Frederika, Imma, lorenzo and Guisseppe. The location was perfect at the bottom of the slope and beside the ski rental and ski pass venues. Had a lovely massage at the spa and would highly recommend this venue especially for families.

Great location in front of Costa slopes,very friendly staff at reception ,in restaurant and animation team for kids, who entertained tham with a lot of engagement and also organized interesting evenings for adults ! Nice room for family 2+1,good food,in overall great stay!thank you all who take cares of Golf Hotel guests

Nice hotel very close to the slopes. Lot of fun for kids and parents in the evenings. Big thanks to animation team Christian, "Blutto" and all others! Food choice for breakfast choice could be better but not bad either. Rooms comfortable and clean.

Positives: Nice pool area, with changing rooms, water was a good temperature Friendly staff working at the front desk Convenient parking Mini club - our son didn’t use it but we borrowed the ping pong paddles and the staff seemed friendly and engaged The room was bare bones, but clean and comfortable. There was a kitchen but it had no pots pans, forks etc. The food - breakfast and dinner- was plentiful and better than I expected from reading some of the reviews. We enjoyed the dinners we had, with plenty of options, including for kids. Location- directly across the Costa ski lift and shuttle bus Room for improvement: Neither the website nor booking confirmation indicated that slippers and swim cap were mandatory for the pool and for those who didn’t bring them, they had to pay Eur 5 and Eur 2 extra, respectively. Annoying to be charged but I would have been OK with it had I been informed in advance. The booking confirmation indicated that wifi was in common areas. To be honest, I glossed over this. But I do find it extremely unusual that a four star hotel (charging several hundred per night) would not have wifi in every room. Even if you got a code to use the wifi in a common area the connection was slow. Not a place where you can work and certainly no streaming services. The dining room staff did their best but they were understaffed and in some cases, under trained there was chaos regarding who could order what, when. It was difficult to find someone to take our offer and once we did, we were told we had to wait until all the children had eaten. Looking around, this simply wasn’t the case. Dinner menu - would suggest having a vegetarian item that isn’t cheese based. The way they “open the gate” of the dining room at 7:30, with everyone waiting outside, creates massive stress and a rush to the buffet. We have been to other establishments where this did not occur.

The hotel does not offer value for the money. It is really an average and it is not 4 stars hotel. The location is great, just across the ski lifts, ski tickets cashier and ski school office. First day they were late with the check in for one hour and the room was wet with intensive smell like chlorine. The room was big and clean but with broken fence on the upper flour. The beds were hard, exactly how I like it, but you need three pillow to get minimum support for the neck. We had a kitchen, but without any dishes or glasses. Wi-Fi is a disaster because it works only near the reception and the real data traffic you can experience after midnight. Most of the staff are reserved, except few nice people. Ski room is dirty, stinky and ruined. You can not dry the boots there. Garage is really big and empty. The hotel needs extensive maintenance and renovation in the near future. Concerning food, you will not be hungry but it is disappointment. Poor breakfast and some diner meal were distasteful. One evening they missed to serve one course of the meal and instead offer extra desert. We have accepted and then they have brought desert twice, but each time half of the cake. Unbelievable. Most of the staff speaks only Italian. The tap water is great but you can not get it in the restaurant in spite of the fact that we have ordered bottles of wine, Coke, Sprite, Fanta every night. Of course, it is not allowed to bring the water from the room. One morning during the breakfast we had a fire in the restaurant because of toaster malfunction. So, this is basically 3* hotel which has to do a lot on the customer relationship field.

Salve , sono stata al Golf hotel dal 18 al 25 agosto 2024 camera 205 superior che dire : eccellente , sono un agente di viaggio e spero di poter dare una valutazione obbiettiva e sincera il ristorante ottimo, vasta scelta di antipasti , top il resto , primi dolce etc le camere spaziose, la pulizia eccellente tutti gentili , posizione top un hotel davvero fantastico , ci ho lasciato il cuore straconsigliato molto carina anche la babydance la sera , mio figlio ha sempre apprezzato moltissimo grazie

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura a ridosso del ferragosto. Personale dell’hotel molto gentile, disponibile e professionale sia in reception che al ristorante. Pulizia della camera ed in generale dei servizi dell’hotel molto accurata, attenta e frequente. Ci è stata assegnata per la prima notte una camera famigliare al piano terra nel residence piuttosto calda e non aggiornata agli ultimi standard da quattro stelle che poi grazie alla direttrice ci è stata cambiata con una al piano superiore un po’ meglio. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca consiglierei di livellare gli standard ed i confort delle camere famigliari a quelli delle 4 stelle, perché onestamente, sembrano un 3 stelle. In definitiva soggiorno più che positivo e qualità del cibo ottima. Un grazie particolare a Bruno del ristorante sempre disponibile e gentile anche con le nostre bimbe. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

siamo tornati dopo 13 anni al golf hotel....diciamo che non è cambiato quasi nulla: arredi, camere, piscina, bar e ristorante, unica novità la sbarra per entrare e uscire con auto dal parcheggio. personale cortese e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. note dolente il cibo, che per carità era più che mangiabile ma rispetto a prima ns esperienza sicuramente di un livello inferiore nella ricercatezza e preparazione dei piatti. per esempio nel ns soggiorno mai un piatto tipico trentino. buoni e variegati buffet colazione e antipasti cena.

Ho appena trascorso il week end in questo hotel (dal 16 al 18 agosto) e vista la cifra pagata e considerando che si tratta di un 4 stelle, mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio….la camera una family quadrupla molto spaziosa, ma il sabato non hanno nemmeno pulito e rifatto i letti. La piscina bella con un ampio spazio esterno dove prendere il sole e rilassarsi. Nota dolente il cibo…piatti che arrivano alla velocità della luce perché probabilmente già pronti e riscaldati, pasta troppo scotta e anche i secondi non sono un granché….colazione invece soddisfacente
