Flörsbacher Hof

We were invited by friends to this hotel restaurant and the food was fantastic as was the service. We had wanted to go here for some time but for various reasons we could not, but tonight it was great. Everybody had something different from the menu and every meal was judged to be excellent, there is clearly a very good chef and kitchen here. It is a charming restaurant, very traditional and whilst you need a car to get there it is well wirth the drive. The choice of schnapps after the meal is very impressive, and so much so I ended up with a small bottle. The restaurant also sells some of its food and condiments on site. Looking forward to going again. For the record I had a Schweinerucksteak with a mushroom cream sauce and a kind of herb dumpling - it was excellent.
