O hotel é bem localizado( uma quadra da praia),o quarto que fiquei 32 era bem apertado, mas limpo e com um banheiro que nos atendeu perfeitamente. O cafe da manha era bom,tinha frutas,pães, lanches, bolo,omelete e salsicha. Piscina e jacuzzi ok. A dica é colocar sucos variados e naturais( 5 dias foi suco de laranja e uva artificiais). A Flor,Wilson na recepção sao sensacionais,atendem com cordialidade , entusiasmo e sempre solícitos em tudo.

Fiquei hospedado nesse hotel por 1 semana. Já estive hospedados em grandes franquias e a prestação de serviço foi tão impecável quanto! Quartos limpos, cama e banho trocados todos os dias! Funcionários super prestativos e simpáticos! Café da manhã excelente! Posso tranquilamente dizer que a experiência da maravilhosa Florianópolis foi incrementada pela hospedagem que tive! Super recomendo! Próximo a praia e restaurantes. Deixo meus agradecimentos a todos os funcionários principalmente a Flor, Wilson e Bárbara! Quando voltar para Floripa ja sei onde me hospedar.

Ficamos em um quarto bem apertado. Tinha uma pia no meio do quarto (não tinha pia no banheiro). No vaso sanitário não tinha ducha. Mas o pior foi o chuveiro… no primeiro dia tomamos banho de água gelada. Nos outros, água não ficava na mesma temperatura, de repente esfriava ou esquentava demais. O café da manhã era ok, mas sem variedade, exceto os bolos. Ficamos 6 dias e eramsempre as mesmas frutas (mamão, melão e melancia) e salada de fruta, ovos mexidos e molho de cachorro quente. Ponto positivo: a localização. Mas esse ano a praia dos ingleses não estava adequada para banho, então tivemos que pegar carro para nós deslocar para outras praias.

Pessoas da recepção muito prestativa e cordial, café da manhã excelente com diversas opções, quarto muito aconchegante com camas confortáveis , ar condicionado confortável, piscina maravilhosa. Super indico.

Melhorar café da manhã. Sou diabético e a maioria dos alimentos eram doce. O humor do time da cozinha, que faz reposição dos pratos do café da manhã, deixa muitíssimo a desejar. Muito difetente do time do front desk, que é extremamente prestativo e positivo.

A localização do hotel é excelente, perto de lojas,restaurantes, barzinhos e da praia. Local passou bastante segurança. Atendimento ótimo, todos muito educados e a recepcionista Emily mto educada e prestativa. Área externa da piscina (aquecida) e jacuzzi muito boas e funcionam bem, parece que a parte externa do hotel passou por recente reforma e está bem aconchegante . Café da manhã simples e gostoso. O que pode e deve melhorar são os interiores dos quartos e banheiro, logo que chegamos sentimos o cheiro de “mofo” como sou alérgica já comecei a passar mal, ainda bem que fiquei só dois dias pois foi bem difícil dormir, roupas de cama e toalhas limpas porém bem antigas, com bolinhas e até rasgos. Banheiro não tem suporte dentro do box pra apoiar sabonete, shampoo NADA, tem q tomar banho com box aberto pra apoiar as coisas na pia, o que deixa o banheiro todo molhado. Pra quem vai ficar pouco tempo, o custo benefício e bom
