location: It is located in a very beautiful area the scenery is gorgeous, it’s within walking distance from a small supermarket/ cafe, restaurants and beautiful beach, hiking trails, the location is amazing, I did not have a car & it was amazing property: it’s clean, very organised, spacious, have all the necessities, beautiful private beautiful garden, parking area owner: very helpful and professional, and very very kind, helped me a lot & made my stay very comfortable, THANK YOU A lot

We spend our time in Flores here. The property is absolutely beautiful and Ricardo the owner is a sweetheart. The little houses are beautiful and have everything you need. It is also located wery well and there are many things to do around. Obrigada Ricardo for this great experience!!!

We stayed at Sitio da Assumada for two weeks. It is situated on the most gorgeous side of the island nature-wise, just outside of the village of Fajã Grande. The bungalows feel very private, surrounded by big hedges and in between two hills, protecting it from the winds. The grounds are beautifully kept with amazing plants and flowers everywhere and plenty of space for parking and relaxing in the garden. The bungalows are clean and spacious and are supplied with all the appliances you will need for a nice and worry free vacation. Ricardo is the friendliest and most gracious host you will ever meet. He's quick to respond to any question you have and wil make sure you always have clean towels. Fajã Grande has a couple of bars and restaurants and a little supermarket for your basic needs. There are plenty of other restaurants throughout the island. The island itself, with its green cliffs, waterfalls and lagoons offers some great hiking and has the most stunning vistas and natural beauty you will ever see. We would love to come back one day.

Gostámos muito do Sítio da Assumada , a simpatia do Sr Ricardo e a sua disponibilidade para qualquer informação que seja necessária pois recomenda restaurantes e pontos turísticos. É um sítio muito tranquilo e recomendo. O jardim privado é muito agradável. Fajã Grande é muito perto.

Muito bom e muito bem localizado. O jardim privado dá aquele toque especial. Fica muito perto do centro da vila da Faja Grande e das principais atrações turísticas. O sr. Ricardo é muto simpatico e prestável. É daqueles sítios que dá vontade de voltar.

Appartamento ottimo e spazioso, con cucina abbastanza attrezzata. Il giardinetto privato è fantastico: privacy e comfort rispettati al massimo. Posizione comodissima, sia per le partenze dei trekking sia per raggiungere il villaggio di Faja grande (10 minuti a piedi). Ma il valore aggiunto è Ricardo, sempre molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha accolto presentandoci i vari punti di interesse e ristoranti dell'isola ed è sempre stato disponibile per ogni nostra domanda o dubbio, dai trekking al meteo.
