This is the best hotel experience that my boyfriend and I have ever had. The room was comfortable and clean, it's in a nice location where we could easily walk to the center of Florence where the landmarks and the galleries are found. While the location was nice what really made our stay was Alessandro, who runs the bar and the food service. Our first night we ended up getting there pretty late due to train troubles. He was there when we got there and even made us dinner and drinks despite it being past the time they typically serve food. He was really well educated on what he served regarding the food and alcohol. He explained all of the dishes to us including their origin and the same goes for the alcohol. The second night we had the Tuscan stew and that has remained one of my favorite dishes l've had the whole trip. It felt very homey and comforting. While he was making it, he even picked rosemary from the garden they had which I thought was really impressive that they're growing some of their own ingredients including making the rose syrup from their own roses. I would definitely suggest this hotel and visiting Alessandro in the bar!

We had a really lovely stay for a week for my 60th birthday. The staff were very attentive & gave us advice about Florence & the surrounding area. The continental breakfast included was great & a good opportunity to fill up before sightseeing. Rooms were comfy, had all the amenities & very quiet. The only drawback is being a good 20 minutes from the centre of Florence but if we had a hotel closer the cost would have been significantly more & it would have been much noisier. Overall, we loved this hotel & would definitely recommend it.

Horrible service!!! I booked the room via Booking and I arrived at the hotel discovering they were overbooked. They didn't send me any email (even no calls or advise about the problem) and no possibility of canceling the booking and choose by myself an option that suited my needs. They booked for me another hotel really basic, noisy and cheaper without giving me the difference of the money back (they kept it for themselves). I tried to call the reception and the answers were really rude and impolite, continuing saying 'I don't know what to answer...' Not recommended at all!! You're at high risk of not having the hotel you booked, finding yourself in another one with the answer that it has the same stars as their (but not the same facilities and quality, at all!!)

This hotel is a great place to stay in Florence, the room was just the right size for 2 people and super clean. The gentleman on reception was lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was your standard continental breakfast, but tasty all the same. The hotel is a little walk away from the city centre - around 20 min walk but this didn’t bother us at all the streets felt very safe, even at nighttime. I would recommend staying here to any friends or family visiting Florence.

Delizioso piccolo hotel, bello dentro e fuori. Raffinate e accoglienti le parti comuni, dotato un cortiletto giardino dove prendere un aperitivo o la colazione fuori. Cortesia del Personale, e la graditissima sorpresa di un upgrade di camera alla deluxe . Piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza . Tornerò sicuramente

Totale mancanza di serietà. Ho prenotato una camera su Booking ma per un imprevisto piuttosto serio non siamo potuti più andare. Ho chiesto la cortesia di cambiarmi le date, mi hanno risposto che lo avrebbero fatto solo se avessero venduto la camera. La camera è stata subito venduta e loro cosa fanno? Dopo molta insistenza e chiamate in cui si sono fatti negare mi hanno dato un voucher per la metà del valore giustificandosi dicendo che quello era il valore con cui era stata venduta la camera. Premetto che l'hotel in questione ha prezzi molto alti, non credo assolutamente che abbiano venduto una camera doppia a 100 euro per una notte durante il ponte del 26 aprile. Ora io non dico di avere ragione poiché la policy di Booking è chiara e se non vai dopo la data della cancellazione gratuita perdi tutto ma io dico un po' di umanità. Come possono intascare 250 euro, rivendere la camera allo stesso importo e non farmi cambiare le date!

Posto accogliente. Personale gentile. Colazione di buoni prodotti e stanze grandi e pulite. Consiglio a tutti. Un po' distante dal centro ma si raggiunge bene. Vicino c'è pure l Esselunga consiglio anche per viaggio di lavoro in quanto si può godere di silenzio

Posto bellissimo, personale super disponibile e gentilissimo sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni desiderio, mezza pensione molto buona, colazione varia e con prodotti fatti in casa. Albergo dove tornare sicuramente. I camerieri sono sempre perfetti e disponibili

Assolutamente da evitare, non si meritano neanche mezzo euro. Ho prenotato una camera doppia con una mia amica e una volta giunte in reception ci è stato riferito che per overbooking ci avevano spostato in un altro hotel (tutt'altro genere ovviamente, ma almeno loro erano più professionali e gentili quindi meglio così!) senza neanche avvisare telefonicamente dello spostamento almeno avremmo detto che eravamo disposte anche a pagare una tassa aggiuntiva per essere situate da loro. Esperienza mia successa in vita mia, si vede che non è un albergo che ambisce alla fascia alta se nó non si sarebbero comportanti così. Pietosi.

Hotel molto confortevole, personale gentile e premuroso. Ottima la colazione. Prezzo adeguato e posizione strategica. Belle camere molto pulito e accogliente. Da consigliare. Mi sono trovato per lavoro ed ho prenotato telefonicamente con il direttore persona molto affabile.

Hotel aconchegante, limpo, funcionários educados e solícitos , ótima localização e café da manhã Bem diversificado com uma pequena taxa de 5 euros. Indico para que. Quer ficar em um local confortavrm e próximo dos pontos turísticos como a igreja sa tá Maria Madra

Soggiornato in struttura nel ponte dell’Immacolata 2023. Che dire, la struttura molto bella, dotata di moltissimi confort o quantomeno c’è tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Il personale fantastico, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile su tutto, anche disponibilissimo nel condividere le proprie impressioni ed esperienze su quella che Firenze offre e possiede. Prima sera cenato lì e che dire, davvero tutto buono. Colazione a buffet molto buona e abbondante. Consiglio davvero questo posto, tra l’altro vicinissimo dal centro sia a piedi che in pullman qualora si fosse stanchi. Grazie di tutto.

Gran hotel no muy caro y con un trato espectacular por parte del dueño y su mujer al lado tienen un súper restaurante que se come genial como si estuvieras en un estrella michelin , está a 25 min del centro a pie todo recto y al lado del bus para ir a la estación , una gozada de hotel para ir solo o con pareja

Abbiamo prenotato 4 stanze in occasione di un matrimonio a Firenze. Tre stanze erano nell'edificio principale, piuttosto carino, mentre la nostra in quello secondario, dall'altro lato del cortile. La stanza era molto minimalista, il riscaldamento all'arrivo era sempre spento, tornavamo alla sera e c'erano 15 gradi in camera, non proprio ideale. Potevamo sentire tutti i rumori provenienti dalla stanza di sopra, la prima notte infatti abbiamo faticato a dormire. Il parcheggio interno a pagamento è molto piccolo e incastrano le auto tipo tetris, tenendo poi le chiavi in reception e spostandole loro ad evenienza. Siamo stati preoccupati per la macchina tutti e due i giorni in cui siamo rimasti in questo hotel. Abbiamo chiesto un ferro da stiro e ci è stato detto che non lo avevano, solitamente gli alberghi ne hanno almeno uno da dare ad evenienza, siamo rimasti sorpresi che non ci fosse. La camera non era particolarmente pulita, c'erano batuffoli di polvere che rotolavano in giro e capelli incastrati tra gli asciugamani piegati sul letto all'arrivo. Il personale però è cortese e la colazione abbondante.
