服務挺好的打掃及時，在聖母領報教堂對面，去景點走走就行，房間不大，不過歐洲大城市都這樣

非常方便的地方，只係Florence 巴士班次小複習，和買票地方經常不開，要多注意，和預時！ 酒店的早餐很好，很豐富！

位置很好到各個景點都可以步行到達。

This hotel ended up being a lifesaver for me and my family because I had to book a last-minute reservation for 2 rooms in mid-June 2023. Luckily they had availability. My wife and I stayed here once before about 20 years ago. I liked the room we had. It was spacious and had hardwood floors, a writing desk, and a tub with a shower. The breakfast buffet was good. The location is great, right on the Piazza SS Annunziata and it is close walking distance to Piazza del Duomo. Keep in mind that street noise is a factor since people like to congregate on the Piazza at night and the windows are not terribly thick. So you might want to bring some earplugs.

The only great thing about this hotel is the location. Everything within walking distance. Air-condition hardly works. Bed table only on one side as the room was so tiny and 2nd wouldn't fit. If you open the window for little breeze and to cool off, the noise is unbearable. The ceiling had spiderweb. Breakfast was good but the bartender is rude and not friendly. We found that overall it's not good value for the money. We wouldn't recommend it to friends and family.

Amazing location! Walking distance from most things. Friendly reception staff and had the room cleaned each day. Basic room with a nice view of the busy street and square below. Simple breakfast not much choice but was ok. Area also felt safe returning at night. Would be worth a stay.

Very expensive for what you get but a great location. Great breakfast. Remodeled recently. Owned by the same people for years. We were happy to visit again. This was our fourth stay and we can’t wait to return.

I seem to have good look with ***********... We recently visited Le Due Fontane Hotel and we were not disappointed! We lucked out on the parking, just happened to pull into the lot that is used by the hotel, walked around the corner to the hotel, we were warmly welcomed, given an upgrade because it was off season, and stayed in a lovely room with all the ammenities needed.

Posizione strategica .... in palazzetto storico a 2 passi da tutte le attrazioni principali ,da rivedere però le camere con poco si potrebbe migliorare molto il bagno un pochino angusto... cj tornerei ma solo per la posizione e la cordialità del personale !
