佛羅倫薩老橋邊，403河景套房，客廳卧室都有落地窗對着阿諾河，位置好風景佳，但是暖氣不太熱。第三天給我們升級到隔壁更大的家庭河景套房405，帶六人餐廳，兩個衞生間，更贊👍🏻 酒店早餐也很豐富。推薦！

在佛羅倫薩最好的位置，窗外就是橋和水景，幾乎所有的的景點都在走路距離，服務一流，幾個著名景點都在10分鐘走路以內，強烈推薦

Just returned from a 10 day Italy vacation. Florence was 4-5 days on the trip. This hotel has excellent attention to detail and that’s what sets it apart from others. Beautiful interiors, super clean, staff anticipates your needs, responds within minutes on text 24/7. We had breakfast included and a family suite. All this will change the quality of your trip if traveling with children. They get to sleep in while you enjoy a delicious cappuccino and share a tasty breakfast together in living room which is both exquisitely decorated and comfortable. What else do you need? Situated with a view of the ponte vecchio but on a somewhat quiet street That means when you step outside you are not walking into an avalanche of tourists. We also sat outside and had drinks/people watched (best Italian quality :) The staff will seat you immediately over a line of those who wait if you are a guest at hotel. Will return without a doubt.

LOVE the Portrait, will always stay here. The location is excellent, clean and comfortable rooms, and the people are lovely. The service is impeccable. I regret not staying at the Portrait in Rome as well. I highly recommend this hotel in any city.

Thank you, Portrait Firenze, for making our honeymoon trip unforgettable. Every detail, from our welcome champagne and fruit to the custom music and pillow preferences, was truly remarkable. Of course, we cannot say enough amazing things about the staff who were very attentive when we arrived and responsive when helping us reserve dinners and tours. Thank you, again, for this amazing experience that we will remember forever.

In the midst of the hustle and bustle of Florence, this hotel is a gem! We loved this hotel. The location is perfect for walking to all of the shopping, restaurants and museums. Upon arrival the staff was just amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They organized wonderful dinners for us. The room was beautiful and the spacious balcony view was amazing. We will definitely be back here! I highly recommend eating on the terrace and their onsite restaurant. Great food and a great vibe!

We spent five luxurious nights in Florence at the Portrait Firenze. From the welcoming at the curb when our transfer arrived with us at the hotel, a refreshing glass of bubbles during check in, customized pillows arranged ahead of our arrival and waiting for us at checkin, the customized stock in the mini bar, the exceptional view of the River with the amazing sunset each evening, a fabulously comfortable and impeccably outfitted suite, the Bespoke experiences coordinated specially for us by the team-the communication of ideas and choices prior to our arrival was perfect, the restaurant staff who came to know our desires at breakfast and for our afternoon cocktail on the patio, and every other little detail (including a diffuser for the hairdryer to perfectly style my curls 😊)….it simply could not have been any better. The team at Portrait Firenze are clearly passionate about what they do, and if they can’t please you-no one can! A return to Florence and the Portrait Firenze is definitely in our future travel plans.

I could not recommend this lovely hotel any higher, truly nothing negative to say about it! Elegant, well-designed, incredibly thoughtful and hard working staff, excellent food and drink in their restaurant, and the LOCATION...it cannot be beaten! We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed for two nights this last March and felt cared for every minute of our stay, from the moment of check in, to seeing our breathtaking room and all the special details/treats/gifts they left for us, to reluctantly checking out, the staff hit it out of the park. Water bottles whenever we requested, extra pillows, help with reservations (even in other towns!), immediate response/fix to a slow shower drain in our kids' bathroom, excellent housekeeping, free little delicious biscotti cookies with espresso (sit outside at one of their tables overlooking the Arno River and with an unbeatable view of Ponte Vecchio bridge), even the shops nearby on their same street are great. This is the sister property to Hotel Lugarno (also fantastic), which is pretty much directly across the river. I personally really enjoyed staying on the same side as the Duomo, the Plaza, and just a TON of great restaurants, shops, and sightseeing. Everything is within a 15 minute walk! The rooms and overall design are a delight--every detail is done with excellence and a lot of thought, it feels more modern but still extremely comfortable when compared to Hotel Lugarno. The River Suite has a small kitchenette, ingeniously built in and tucked behind two large cabinet doors. It was great to have a small fridge, sink and the ability to make our own coffee etc. in the room. Some favorite moments: sitting outside at a table sipping the most perfect espresso we’ve ever had, the breakfast buffet (pastries!!!) each morning, cracking the window open in our room overlooking the river and listening to the sounds of Ponte Vecchio and the bells from the Duomo, pre dinner drinks in the restaurant with my husband (we loved the bar snacks and *****ni!) and our wonderful, comfortable beds each night. They went above and beyond to welcome our family and we are so grateful. Keep up the great work! You cannot go wrong book a few nights here, we can't wait to come back!
