Hotel Alinari is in a very convenient location just steps from Santa Maria Novella Station and only a short walk to the Central Market and numerous reasonably priced restaurants. It’s location might be off putting to some people as there is no huge lighted sign on the street telling you it’s there. You have to look for a much smaller sign in the street and elk into the ground level courtyard to see that it’s on the 4th floor. Take the elevator up to 4 but you might have to wait for it a bit. Patience pays off though as the proprietor and all of his staff are friendly and eager to help. Breakfast is substantial enough served by more friendly employees. Hotel Alinari provides good value in my opinion. Robert from Missouri USA

房間很乾凈，設施也比較齊全，主要是位置好，離百花大教堂衹有幾百米，服務員都比較友好。綜合性價比較高。

這家酒店是在一座舊公寓樓裏面的四五層，提心吊膽乘坐籠子式電梯上到五層便是接待台，一個服務人員會帶你走樓梯到房間。衞生情況不太好，服務也很一般，總之不會再訂了。這座樓裏面似乎還有同樣經營的其他“酒店”。這麼貴的意大利酒店是這樣的嗎，真是無語了。

L'hotel si trova a brevissima distanza dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Con una breve camminata si raggiunge il centro città e nelle immediate vicinanze si trova il mercato coperto all'interno del quale è possibile pranzare e cenare con prodotti tipici toscani.
La camera è semplice, ma estremamente confortevole.
La sala della colazione permette di avere un'ottima vista sulla cupola della chiesa di San Lorenzo e sulla cupola del Duomo.
La colazione sia dolce che salata è ricca e abbondante.
Possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio oltre l'ora del checkout.

This place was not accommodating at all. They are racist and tried to fight us, we even got a video of it. If you’re a minority, I would not recommend coming to this place. Also, they overcharged us $900 for our hotel room.

This is one of the worst hotels and general experiences I had in Italy in my entire life. The hotel charged us 800€ for a 3 night stay and accused us of trying to steal a 3€ water bottle. The owner and an employee marched into our room unannounced on two separate occasions to kick us out for a late check out and another time to “inspect” our room. They also REFUSED to clean our room because it was too dirty because I got period stains on the sheets and there was leftover takeout in the room. It was horrible and discriminatory. Book somewhere else.

Someone enter the hotel, and was moving furniture and open closing the doors 🚪 hard! Constantly until 2 am. Or more. MAybe we’re employees but they were like destroying the place. I was afraid they want to enter my room. Sad because I like my room but the staff never was aware of this situation. I can office and I contact expidia regarding this
