Upon Arrival/Departure - Check in/out was hassle free & smooth - The guy at the reception did the paper work - a quick one & passed us the keys & the map of the city. Bedroom Apartment - Apartment ambience 7/10 - Size was reasonable 8.5/10 (For 3adults) - Cleanliness 7/10 - Bed comfortability 7/10 - Bed & linens cleanliness 8/10 - No Safe is available in the room - Literally minimum basic toiletries are available in the room - BETTER to bring your own if you are very particular abt it. - No toothbrush 🪥 given - Towels are changeable via make up room which is done automatically unless you’re not making up the room - Electric kettle is not available - No breakfast option available but there’s cafe directly opposite or nearby - WiFi is available 8/10 🌟Important Note🌟 - 5mins - 8mins walk to Firenze Santa Maria Novella - A little rough along the way (no big deal) - Many restaurants within walking distance - There’s no loan of umbrella in Italy 🇮🇹 (I supposed) if you need one then you got to buy it😅 Summary - Everything was ok - bed & pillow wasn’t to my preference (too springy & too soft) - Great price for a great location

Filthy & smelly, wallpaper peels off the walls. The room was virtually falling apart. The toilet let off water when flushed. Stay away from this place no matter how and save yourself from a disgusting experience.

Personale gentile, ma la camera non era assolutamente adeguata al costo. Abbiamo trovato lenzuola bucate, copriletto macchiato, tappezzeria che si stava staccando dalle pareti, il nottolino della porta rotto, aria condizionata molto rumorosa e in bagno c’era una griglia di areazione (posizionata sopra la doccia) sporca e rotta. Una delle due finestre della stanza non si poteva aprire perché c’era il mobile appendiabiti posizionato davanti. Il materasso era scomodissimo, con le molle che uscivano fuori. Il personale della struttura si è gentilmente scusato per i disguidi, ma sicuramente non è sufficiente. Peccato, perché la posizione è ottima, a davvero due passi da Piazza Duomo.

Si l’on se fie aux photos du site de réservation rien à redire ça a l’air parfait. Alors il est vrai qu’il est bien placé et que le tarif est raisonnable pour Florence. Les points négatifs: Literie médiocre Impossible s’ouvrir les fenêtres car échafaudage devant donc le bruit des ouvriers des 8:00 le matin. ( on aurait du en être informés lors de la réservation). Que du tape à l’œil. Moquette des couloirs dans un état pitoyable. Propreté à revoir: joints de salle de bain crasseux, sous le lit ils ne doivent pas souvent dépoussiérer. Douche minuscule. En revanche bon accueil du réceptionniste. Enfin bref à éviter!
