Lady Luna B&B

DONT BOOK THIS ROOM the room was in good location and thats it. no natural light: there was something looking like window, but no natural light, even when it is opened there is no fresh air coming and instead plenty of MOSQUITOS. Plenty of MOSQUITOS: in the room they were plenty, we could not slip the whole night. there was no mosquitos in Florence in other places, however plenty of the in the room. Seems the window( something looking like window) opened to a very dirty place ( we could not see as it was very high and part of its was closed, obviously to hide something)and Mosquitos were too many. we could not get ride of them the whole night and we did not slip and the owner dis not notify us about it. Cleanness: the room was very dirty, Dust was everywhere whatever we touched. Even blanket was dirty, white corners almost black from dirtyness,only linen was clean. bathroom was very small, a tall person will have issues using the toilet. I wish I know all of this beforehand and did not book this room. This is completely lost of money and spoiled our holiday, DONT BOOK THIS ROOM

Its a great place, outside Its a little noisy , but the breakfast Its awesome, the coffe, all this in front of the main attraction of florence, thank you for all your attention to us♥️

Lady Luna B&B was in a perfect location to everything. Rosella our host was very hospitable and made our stay very enjoyable. Would recommend to others. Thank you for great holiday.

We stayed at multiple properties across Italy during our vacation. Ironically we only stayed at Lady Luna B&B for one night because our layover on the way home was a full day. It was by far the best stay we had of the whole vacation and it was just one night. The service, cleanliness, and everything was the best we experienced during the whole trip. Highly recommend this B&B because of the owners and also the incredible location looking at the Duomo!

We loved how accessible Lady Luna was to the central heart of Florence and the Duomo. It was a great experience and we are so glad we stayed there.

It was close to everything we wanted, in the heart of the tourist precinct, and yet so quiet. The view from the included breakfast was wonderful.

Great service, lovely location and nice staff. We had a great time staying in this bed and breakfast. Breakfast at L’opera was wonderful as well. Will definitely be coming back. Great value for money. Only downside is that the bathroom wasn’t designed for tall people.

Great location for walking around. Very basic room, needs some updating. The room is very loud at night, lots of sirens. little to no privacy with the neighbors. Breakfast is minimal (you get a plain omelette and a croissant). Host was very nice and room was very clean. I’d spend the extra money and have a nicer place personally.

The location was outstanding for sightseeing, dining and shopping. the room was well appointed, attractive and spacious. Breakfast was served at the family's restaurant literally on the Duomo square. amazing views. we just had 1 issue that the AC was not adequate enough during the heat wave
