False details regarding amount held on credit card. Sime staff at the restaurant were not very pleasant. Tamika was very nice!!!

We loved the whole mountain side, lakeview with a small beach area… we will come back in the summer. I wasn’t particularly impressed with lakeside grills food, but we enjoyed Signatures!

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The property was beautiful. The restaurants were good and the ****** had a lot of fun games to play

I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. The floor obviously was not swept the desk was not wiped off it still had food on it from the previous guest.

I don't ever leave reviews, but this was an interesting experience. My husband and I were looking forward to our weekend getaway but had to leave the "resort" the same night. Our room was infested with ladybugs (lamp, behind the TV, around the convector, on the bed, and ceiling above the bed). One of the pillows in the room had a weird stain in it which was odd. When asked to switch rooms, they were all booked and we were told they can have someone go and vacuum it. Y'all should've checked the room/clean it before having guest in there. Never again!!

The room was excellent. Very clean. Was a little disappointed therewas no microwave in the room, but it was not a deal breaker. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check-in was efficient and friendly. Room is nice- quiet, reasonably comfortable. Bathroom is fair - small with limited shelf and counter space, towel bars small also, shower took forever to get warm water and there’s no door to close (just a glass wall running halfway along the side), also no fan to exhaust steam. Lobby and surrounding seating is lovely with beautiful view of the lake. Downstairs restaurants also have wonderful views of the lake. ****** isn’t huge, but big enough and less noisy than most (still can hear the machines, but not so loud you can’t hold a conversation). Very friendly staff throughout. I think this would be a very fun place to stay for an active family who enjoy being outdoors hiking, biking, golfing, etc.

The resort and the ****** were very nice! Rooms were clean and comfortable! Would highly recommend, we will be back soon!

Everything was wonderful until we had dinner in the Lakeside grille. Waitress never said her name, was lackluster at best. Never checked on us but once. She forgot one of our sides and when I asked her to take it off the bill, it was a bare apology. The rest of the stay was great….but if you are dropping $100 for dinner, it should be phenomenal…..not just okay

Very clean, well-appointed room, exactly what I requested. Was slightly disappointed there was no microwave; I thought there was one the last time I visited. Was also disappointed that Signatures, the casual bar and grille, was closed on the days I was there, therefore, I went into Cumberland to eat as I did not want to pay the prices at the other restaurants on-site.

Quaint property. Visited with my daughter and had a nice dinner at the Lakeside Restaurant.

Sign said for one grill it was open 24 hours on Friday Saturday it was not. Service from rude cashier was not helpful. Out of cookies. Bed was uncomfortable.
