房間很滿意，雖然不大，但很温馨乾淨，房間可以直接看到西海岸的日落，非常美。沙灘乾淨，海岸線比較長。早餐的蒼蠅需要控制一下，真的太影響心情了。影響用餐體驗。自助餐的菜品挺豐富，現榨的果汁好喝。性價比挺高。

리셉션과 전화연결이 잘 안된것 빼고는 식사도 굉장히 맛있고 카젤라나 포트루이스 접근성도 좋았어요. 방 배정 관련하여 작은 문제가 있었으나 바로 해결해 주었고 직원들도 굉장히 친절하고 존중받는 느낌이 들었습니다. 서쪽에 위치해 있어서 노을이 굉장합니다!! 인생샷 몇개는 여기서 건졌어요. 또 가고싶어요. 멋진여행이었습니다

Have been holidaying here for over 10 years but the hotel and rooms have been very beautifully revamped and decor is stunning . Service is still exceptional and for a family of 23 nothing was too much trouble . Greeted like long lost friends and attended to for every need . Food and drinks very good - desserts were amazing and all hand prepared . Special mention must be made of our butler Rashan who went above and beyond daily and nightly down to decorating my daughter’s bedroom with palm leaves , rose petals and candled walkway and in a hot bath for her birthday plus a rose bouquet . He even changed his time off so he could be with us for the duration of our stay ! Can’t beat that level of service ! Congrats all - we’ll be back

Thank you so much to the amazing Sugar Beach team for a wonderful stay! We went for the half board package, which suited us perfectly. Incredible choice of breakfast options and themed buffet nights had so much variety. A favourite of mine was the Mauritian night, where dishes included a whole roast pig and a smorgasbord of curries and freshly made tandoori naan! My parents were diabetic and gluten free respectively and the chefs prepared specific dishes to cater for their needs. Special mentions to Vij and Sycam for their warmth and friendly service. Our 20th visit to the Sugar Beach , and as always , the warmth of the entire team shines through the moment you walk in . The atmosphere, quality of the food and general ambiance is on another level . Our 8 night stay at Sugar Beach was incredible! We were 4 adults and 4 children (aged from 4-9). The rooms are beautifully appointed - modern and light. Our room had a gorgeous view of the lawns and ocean. The food was delicious - lots of variety at the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. We ate at Citronella’s one evening - the restaurant is so pretty, situated on the beach and the menu was amazing. The kids club was really sweet - the staff looked after them well and our children had fun. I made use of the gym facilities - it was clean and well-equipped, and we also took the kids to play tennis. You can also walk between Sugar Beach and La Pirogue, and swim in the pool there. The water activities are located there as well and we took the kids on a glass bottom boat which was fun. The pool is warm and close to the beach so you can go between the two easily. There aren’t, however, enough sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool but we did mention this to management, so make sure to get a spot early. Sugar Beach is a truly wonderful family experience! It was such a treat to have dinner and then move across to the Buddha-Bar Beach restaurant and watch the evening’s entertainment, which was always something different - the Free Move dancers were our favourite! On our last evening, we were lucky enough to see the lighting of the Christmas tree and promenade by the General Manager, which was really special. The best part of our stay was the incredible staff who made us feel so welcome: Christine, Vikram and Nisha at the morning buffet were absolutely fantastic; Fazil by the pool and Vimala at the evening buffet - they always went out of their way to ensure that we were happy - we would come back because of them! My husband and I recently stayed at Sugar Beach Hotel in Mauritius for our honeymoon in September 2023, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hotel's beauty and cleanliness. The entire property was well-maintained and had a very nice area. One of the highlights of our stay at Sugar Beach was great beach in front of the hotel and the huge pool, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. We also appreciated the presence of an extra quiet pool for those seeking a more peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean, stylish, and had a modern island-style design. We have enjoyed a special honeymoon package and were lucky enough to have an amazing view of the beach, as our room was located in the first line. The beach itself was pristine and well-maintained, providing a clean and enjoyable experience. The service at Sugar Beach Hotel was exceptional. The staff was super friendly and attentive, particularly the waiters who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We also had the pleasure of visiting the hotel's spa, which was truly amazing. During our honeymoon, we indulged in various massages, including detox and black soap peeling, oriental massage, Polynesian massage, Balinese massage, and Lymphatic massage. All of these treatments were top-notch and deserving of a 5-star rating. I personally found the lymphatic massage to be particularly beneficial after long flights, and the hair oil treatment and massage greatly improved the condition of my scalp and reduced hair loss. I made sure to request the hair and head treatment every time, and I noticed a significant improvement after just two weeks of vacation at Sugar Beach Hotel. I must mention our masseuses, Manesha and Cathie, who provided exceptional service and made our spa experience even more enjoyable. During our stay at Sugar Beach Hotel in Mauritius, I had the pleasure of experiencing some additional services that enhanced our honeymoon experience. Firstly, I had my hair styling and makeup done by Ashee for our honeymoon photoshoot. She did an incredible job, creating a great look that perfectly complemented the romantic atmosphere of our special occasion. Her attention to detail and expertise made me feel beautiful and confident throughout the photoshoot. Additionally, I treated myself to a pedicure and feet treatment, which was expertly done by Joys and Manejsha. They provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, leaving my feet feeling pampered and refreshed. Their professionalism and skill ensured that I had a truly enjoyable and indulgent spa treatment. I cannot express enough how these additional services added to the overall enjoyment of our stay at Sugar Beach Hotel.
