I stayed over on Saturday night 22nd June and want to say a huge thank you to all the staff that made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay especially Linda, Mirela and Takunda. I have a hidden disability and wore my sunflower lanyard, they particularly reassured me during my dinner (which was delicious) and they made me feel confident that I was safe during my stay. The room was comfortable and a chair was provided to go in the bathroom, after it was requested at checked in.

Joe,Linda,Vicky and Faith were great very friendly. Helpful and room was very comfortable. The staff made the stay and we would recommend this hotel.

We stopped here on long journey down to Cornwall. Easy to find, car park had lots of spaces. Warm welcome and help to check in. Room was standard but bed was comfy and we got a good nights sleep (quiet and no disturbances either) As we didn’t want to drive any further we ate in the restaurant in the evening and was surprised at the quality of food for the price we paid! Staff are very friendly and eager to please Would recommend here for stop overs

Everything I needed, good parking, near the train station. The room was clean and I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. WiFi wasn't great and phone signal didn't work inside the building, arrived late so didn't effect me too much. Would stay again if I returned.

No WIFI. Security poor. Guest left keys in a checkout box and different people walked in and took the keys to access lifts and toilets. Poor visual presence of staff even at peak times.

From checking in to checking out, the service was superb. Premier Inn rooms are always of a similar standard but the service given to a group of 14 cyclists was superb. Vickie, Mirella and Annice looked after us so well- thank you! Takund and Ian similarly cooking 14 meals for serving so quickly - brilliant!! Equally great was breakfast service (apologies for no names)

Fabulous visit, a group of mates riding the King Alfred Way. Angela and Christine should have a mention for their friendly inviting manner and the fab breakfast. Around breakfast this morning there was a general agreement that it was a wonderful stay

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean and convenient. But the room I had was hot and stuffy with no access to fresh air. I wouldn’t stay here again.
