B&B Felicioni

Near to the airport to rest for the night before u fly off. It’s also near to a huge supermarket and an amazing restaurant. Place is clean and host is friendly and provides good service.

I need to warn you about BnB Felicioni. My family chose this place for their last night in Italy before returning to the USA. Unfortunately, I couldn’t join them due to work, but I managed everything remotely—booking hotels, renting cars, arranging flights, and more. Typically, I book with Hilton hotels, but this time I decided to try something different. BnB Felicioni’s website had nice photos and glowing reviews (which I now suspect were fake). Before arriving, my family called to ask if they could check in early to drop off their luggage and enjoy some nearby restaurants. The person on the phone assured them it was fine. But when they got there, the experience was horrible. The only room available was filthy, smelly, and completely uninhabitable. To make matters worse, an unprofessional older man started yelling at three women and a teenage girl (two of the women are seniors). Then, a hostile Italian woman—likely the owner—appeared and began screaming in my wife’s face. The situation was so bad that my wife had to search for another place to stay because there was no way they could spend the night in such conditions. When she asked for a refund, the owner flat-out refused and made it clear that they wouldn’t return any money. To this day, we haven’t received a penny back. Thankfully, my family found a proper hotel nearby and salvaged the rest of their trip. The moral of the story: Stay far away from BnB Felicioni. It’s obvious they run their business like a scam—offering terrible service and refusing refunds. If you need a place to stay near Rome’s international airport, avoid BnB Felicioni at all costs. This place is a disgrace. SCAM ALERT! (I’ll be sure to remind everyone about this every month moving forward.)

Una delle persone meno affidabili mai conosciute. Avevamo concordato la stanza, più il trasporto dall’aeroporto al B&B…conclusione, ci ha lasciati di notte, in aeroporto (senza altra soluzione), non rispondendo più al telefono, e sparendo nel nulla. Dopo 3 ore, alle 2 di notte circa, ci manda un messaggio asserendo di aver avuto un problema di comunicazione col driver…mancanza di professionalità, è dir poco. Una persona così, non merita di fare nessun tipo di lavoro, men che meno uno a contatto con l’utenza. State lontani
