To begin with, the position is really decent compared to similarly priced accommodation in Fiumicino, quite close (10-15 mins walk) from the main part of the town, with restaurants and the such. Surprisingly clean! Quite spacious bathroom with a lot of hygiene products and a great AC. I personally had a very direct access to the smaller balcony on the first floor, which was really cute, but you can also go on the roof, which offers great views of the sea and of the surroundings. The owner is extremely helpful and gives great or at least sweet tips for getting around. I gave it 4 stars just because it was an above average (over 3 stars) experience, so, obviously, don't come with the highest of expectations. The breakfast consists solely of some croissants and coffee (which I personally still find pretty but it shouldn't really be advertised as a breakfast) and the walls are really really thin, which can get annoying.
