Hotel Erika

This hotel was AWFUL! It is not worth what they are charging....food was inedible both at breakfast and evening meal. Had to have snacks back in room or go out... food was unappetising, presentation awful, no choices or selection..they didn't have a clue ! how can you ruin a continental breakfast or Italian food.. well this hotel can!!!! Unclean looking staff serving your meals... do check your beds as bedding dirty and stained under sheets and pillow cases! Toilets didn't flush - the one by dining room was blocked for 3 days. . Shower drains overflowed back into your shower so paddled in dirty water. Views from balcony of derelict buildings, dumped shopping trolleys, dumped damaged cars... pictures on website showed 4 star ratings of luxury.. NOTE this is before 2013 when it was but CURRENT situation very different. Apparently just re opened two months, inexperienced staff, no proper chef, manager unfriendly and slobbed around in same black dirty tee shirt and trousers for three days, licked his fingers handling food, dripped sweat all over you when serving your food !.. very off putting!,,Fiuggi itself looks very run down and this hotel is same. Swimming pool a building site. There is nothing here to support your health and wellbeing the exact opposite in fact... depressing!

Mi spiace ma non è un 4 stelle, non voglio denigrare il lavoro altrui ma far pagare un servizio da 2 stelle per uno da 4 non è rispettoso verso il cliente 1-cibo pessimo, sicuramente è questione di gusti ma non mi è mai capitato di chiedere una porzione di patatine fritte o una cotoletta e sentirmi dire di NO. Servono prettamente piatti surgelati, possibile che non abbiamo delle patate fritte precotte? 2- colazione vergognosa (cornetti freddi, niente frutta, tutti prodotti confezionati) eppure non ci vuole nulla a fare una crostata , ! Poi i pomodori e i cetrioli che trovi a colazione avanzati li condiscono e te li ritrovi a cena come contorno 3- personale che non rivolge alcuna attenzione verso il cliente, unico un po’ più cortese un cameriere che faceva un po’ tutto, portiere, receptionist ecc ecc 4- pulizia ok unica nota positiva

Dopo Pasqua 2023, nuovamente all hotel Erika in occasione di fine anno tramite pacchetto offerta che comprendeva notte del 31.12. veglione e cena pranzo del 1 gennaio e colazione (abbondante) Personale sempre gentile e disponibile, cucina con pietanze buonissime e abbondanti cena del veglione ottima con musica dal vivo. Altamente consigliato e un applauso anche ad Alessia per la sua gentilezza... esperienza da ripetere al più presto.
