Aperanto Suites

Away from the crowded town of Oia & Fira, located in small town, Aperanto Suites is a beautiful property. The location is superb and the hospitality team is very friendly and warm. We loved our room, a duplex with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and a private jacuzzi in the balcony. Both rooms had a balcony but the bathroom had to be shared. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had to be pre- ordered and they served us in the room at our preferred time. It was generous and well prepared. We asked for extra tea coffee sachets in the rooms and that was given to us generously too. The hotel has a swimming pool though we did not use it. Though we did go to Oia one evening to see the sunset from the famous point, but we realised could get better views from our balcony , so we stayed at sunset time in our balcony on the the second day. We had hired a car so access to Oia was easier but there is bus stop opposite the hotel. Parking is available for hotel guests. We loved the peace and tranquility of the location. Behind the property is a small hill which can be easily trekked for great views. Finikia restaurant is 2 minutes walk and the food there was amazing. We had both lunch and dinner and enjoyed our meals. There are other dining options at walking distance. Highly recommend renting a car and going around the island to get a good feel of the island and enjoy some non touristy places. Aperanto suites gave us wonderful memories with our friends.We loved the tranquility and peace of the hotel

AWFUL customer service from the OWNER - she is so rude, unhelpful and nasty. She was speaking in Greek to her staff about us and was so rude to our faces. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BOOKING HERE. There are much nicer, friendlier hotels in Santorini that we would return to but never this hotel. I have never been spoken to so badly in my life. We have speak lots of money at this hotel to be spoken to so rudely. AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE

Our stay at Aperanto Suites in Santorini was truly wonderful. The spacious rooms and the balcony with a Seaview where we enjoyed breakfast each morning were a highlight. The pool offered fantastic views, and the concierge at the reception was incredibly helpful and always available. Being about 15-20 minutes' walk from the center of Oia was a plus as it provided a peaceful escape from the tourist crowds there. We even took a scenic five-mile walk to Thira, adding to the unique experience. Highly recommended for a serene and scenic Santorini getaway!

Beautiful place! The staff is really kind and helpful… Our room was nice and tidy. Everything so organised and clean. Breakfast amazing, wonderful view and astonishing pool. Katerina, the front office lady was very helpful always.. Excellent experience.

Absolutely amazing boutique hotel. My husband and I had a wonderful break last week. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brought to us every morning and the room and views were perfect. It's a lovely 10 minute walk into Oia which was perfect as we preferred to stay here in a little quieter area.

AMAZING HOLIDAY Went on a delayed honeymoon and had the Deluxe Suite with outdoor heated Jacuzzi I would highly recommend this room. Lots of space, 2 showers, amazing views, great size Hot tub - when they say hot tub they mean heated pool. Room Cleaned daily, breakfast bought to the room (huge selection) and pool cleaned daily. Staff exceptionally friendly, staff at reception couldn't have been more helpful with a call down to reception they would do what they could to help Oia is about a 20-25 min walk however on the way back it is a relatively tough walk up copious amounts of steps and in the dark can be quite tricky, we had to use our phone torches. This is nothing against the hotel as this was our decision to stay outside Oia main area. Two slight negatives were that the people who used the room before us were smokers, when we first walked in their was a faint smell of smoke nothing that made us want to move rooms and also on the balcony there were some left over cigarette butts on the floor. Again a mild inconvenience and these are the only negatives we have so as you can see this really is a great hotel. We would love to visit again Highly recommend booking an evening sunset catamaran cruise with BBQ one of the best days we had was when we did this. Oia is very busy in the evenings so would recommend trying to visit in the morning as well as evening for those 'instagram shots'... although we found it too hard to leave our room of luxury most of the time. Drinks are available at reception, water, beer, prosecco, fizzy drinks etc, local shop is about 10 mins walk but about a 20 min walk back due to steps. We ate in Lefkes one evening food was good slightly overpriced but you will find that in most places in Oia. A remarkable experience overall and would love to come back one day!
