This is definitely not a luxurious stay but it was good enough for the approximately $25 I paid per night during the offseason. I had a room all the way in the roof area. I am an able-bodied person, but climbing those steep winding stairs everyday was an adventure. If it rained, you had to be extra careful. If you have mobility issues, definitely ask for the group floor room. That being said, the room was fine for 1 or 2 people. The sink never got hot water, but at least I was able to shower in hot water. There was no hair dryer in the room, but I was able to ask for one. My friends in the ground floor suite had a huge three-bed room. The only issue with this in the winter was that the room was so big, the heater had a hard time keeping the room warm at night. Getting to the riad from one of the main gates is a bit of a walk, so I do recommend messaging the riad to let them know approximately your arrival time so the staff can meet you on the medina road as we had to do through some alleyways in between houses to get to the front entrance. Breakfast each day was slightly different. One day we had bread, coffee/tea, and juice. The next days, an egg, yogurt, or banana would be added in. It sufficed for the morning, but if you need more protein, you'd have to venture outside the riad. Overall I think it was a good bang for the buck.
